Description of Work: Overall happy with the services! It will be helpful if vendor clarify the terms and conditions clearly in the deal; we were charged extra taxes at the time of service, which were not described in the deal. Last minute surprises could lead to long lasting "bitter taste" in mouth. I do not remember any other service provider charged taxes in addition to deal price.

Description of Work: Aircareusa did a great job cleaning my air ducts. I was amazed on how much dog hair etc they removed from the ducts. My furnace is in the crawl space. (old house). They set me up with a filter system that fits on the air intake inside the house. I no longer have to replace the filter in the furnace. This alone is worth every penny spent. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Description of Work: We have a 2 zone/2 furnace house and 3 levels with lots of vents. |They cleaned all vents, serviced the furnaces, and recommended the |use of "permanent" type electrostatic filters that are $65 each and |just need hosing down/vacuuming 4 times a year with no paper filters |to run out and buy and that don't work all that well. I did not feel |I was being sold on something I didn't need. They came to me when there |were areas of concern they wanted to share in their work and helped me |understand how little the last firm I used last year had really done. |They were thorough, professional, and truly committed to doing a great |job. While I spent more than the $375 I thought would cover all vent |in our house, it made sense that we needed two packages for the two |furnaces and this was still about 25% less than we have spent in the past |few years from another name brand firm who did inferior work.

Description of Work: Purchased Angie's List Deal. They were proactive about keeping me in the know about potential delays, regardless they arrived earlier in their arrival window than anticipated. The vent system was thoroughly cleaned and the stuff they removed was a bit shocking. I would recommend and use them again.

The provider let me know that the service dates I requested were not available;the provider is booked until November and offered me the next available date. This schedule is too late in the season for me. I went ahead and purchased a different air duct cleaning service through Angie's List that will work with my schedule.
