Above and Beyond Painting and Remodeling

We could not have been happier with Jesus and his team at Above and Beyond. We are inexperienced homeowners who needed a bathroom remodel. His quote was half of what the big plumbing company was asking for. He gave tons of advice and insights about various products we could use and was very easy to get ahold of. The quality of work they performed was impeccable, we don't have a single complaint. And most impressive, they did a whole bathroom renovation in only 4 days--speeding up the process because they knew we had a tight budget and tight timeline. They'll be our first call for any home remodeling needs in the future.

Our HOA re-roofed all ten buildings this Spring. Some of the eaves needed new plywood and required they be primed and painted. Each building had new eaves that needed to be addressed. The buildings are two stories and required masking and taping. New plywood was primed first and then the painters had to come back and paint. The job was labor intensive and required the ladders be moved frequently. The job was completed in three days during some very hot weather. I would recommend Jesus and his crew!! Margaret M.

We had the entire interior of our townhouse in Kirkland repainted, including all the doors and millwork. They repaired some walls and cracks. The work done was excellent, they did a beautiful job. Jesus at Above and and Beyond Painting and Remodeling is absolutely wonderful. Jesus came to my condo for a bathroom redo but I was so impressed with him I had him redo my entire condo. I can’t speak highly enough of Jesus, Rolando who works for Jesus and the vendors Jesus works with. Jesus transformed my plain kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities beautifully that they look like brand new high end cabinets. The new flat stock baseboards and trim Jesus installed really modernized my condo. Rolando did an immaculate job of painting my new door molding, baseboards, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities and doors. Jesus’ quartz countertop vendor did an amazing job and his tile vendors did a wonderful job on my entryway tile, bathtub surround and my fireplace. Jesus is great at listening to exactly what you want and coordinating vendors so your renovation keeps moving along. Throughout the process I kept adding more and more items and Jesus was always accommodating. If you want a contractor that is highly responsive, honest, keeps things moving along, that wants to make sure you are absolutely satisfied with the work done and that is just a great person to work with, then Jesus is who you need to complete your home project. I will definitely use his company again for any future work and will refer him in the future. I HIGHLY recommend Jesus and his company. Thank you for making my home so beautiful!

This was my first project using Above & Beyond Painting LLC, but certainly not my last. Jesus and Christian and their team were utterly professional, meticulous, honest, and very pleasant to work with. This house project was challenge in that there were 4 colors necessitating lots of plastic and tape, 3+ levels, and a very barky dog to contend with. No matter, the painting project was finished without surprises; the cleanup was pristine, and my house looks great. And will look great for decades to come! Jesus and his team were wonderful during their first job that we hired them for a second and getting an estimate on a third. Great team that worked professionally, quickly and as scheduled. Our first project was a tree limb through the roof. Repaired the roof, internal drywall and painted. Excellent. Second project was to rebuild a roof over hang that was years neglected. The employee was punctual but not prepared to work overhead as he came without a ladder even though I had shown the business owner where the work needed to be done when he first came out for a consultation. The guy was going to stand on an overturned bucket! I loaned him my ladder so the guy could reach the ceiling. Anybody hiring 5tstar needs to make sure they clearly state in writing specifically what they want done, the start and complete dates and the agreed on price and then get 5star and yourself to sign off on the document. I am very happy with the results of my project but getting there was something I would think about if I were to consider hiring 5star again.

Jesus was extremely responsive and provided a very reasonable quote for his services. I was able to schedule an appointment with great ease and the damage was repaired expertly within the span of a couple hours. Good communication and great service, I definitely would use their service again.

Very professional, punctual, and my new drywall looks awesome. Above and Beyond was able to fix two areas needing new drywall and did it within 48 hours of my request for a quote. Would 100% use again!

Their service was excellent. Their preparation prior to painting was extensive and very well done. The finished painting surfaces were completely transformed an appearance from 100 euro house that has uneven surface to a thick and smooth surface. The crew arrived and left at their scheduled times. They were neat and tidy and protected my home during the work. I couldn't be happier.

They were excellent. They were clean, prompt. They did everything they said they would do and even more. The work they did won't let you know about the repairs done. We actually hired them twice because we were so happy with them and we've referred them to a friend. If possible, an A+ for the quality of the work. The price is very reasonable.

I am extremely happy and impressed! Jesus was very professional and respectful of myself and my property. He came equipped with everything that was needed, did a very excellent job, and he did the repair in a very timely manner. His repair was so good, that, if I hadn't seen the branch sticking out of my roof the day before I would never have known that there had been a problem. I used them a couple of times. They are excellent. They did excellent job with doing basic carpentry work. Excellent job painting interior and exterior. Great with cleanliness and cleanup. Very friendly. I highly recommend them.

Jesus and Christian were great to work with. I manage 7 buildings and have hired many contractors for repair. Above and Beyond lived up to their name. They take pride in their work, went the extra mile to make sure every detail of their work was perfect. I am not easily impressed, but they did a fantastic job. They pointed out details that I didn't even notice and fixed them. We had a tight schedule with multiple contractors in two small bathrooms. They worked well with the other contractors, don't curse or talk dirty like others that I have hired, and are very professional, clean and thorough. As a rule contractors have come without the necessary tools, do sloppy work, and I end up needing to babysit them. Jesus was just the opposite. He took the initiative and was good about communicating to coordinate his schedule with mine. This I my new go to guy for all of my painting and sheetrock needs.
