We can assure you that the same professional will be coming and cleaning your house each time. Also, we are time constant and coming every week and every two or four weeks at the same time, we can be flexible as well in case you have some unplanned schedule changes. Thank you for your feedback, [member name removed]. We wanted to clarify that actual cleaning was on February 7 of last year and not on February 14 of 2014. It was 1 year ago. Although, for some companies B mark is good enough, here at A&K Cleaning “B” means that we fail. We would highly appreciate if you could add some specific reasons about why we couldn’t make the whole experience on A mark. In that case we would know what we did wrong, make some conclusions and make sure we don’t do same mistakes for future customers. Thank you so much for your time and for using our service!
