Description of Work: I called for a professional cleaning and they definitely accomplished this. I have used them several times in fact. The first time they require a thorough cleaning of the house. They asked me to rate my house on how clean it was (a bit subjective, but it's better to be honest so they can give you an accurate estimate). After that they notified me of who would be coming and approximately how long. | |They cleaned my house from top to bottom -- and it was immaculate. They bring their own products. They take the time and care to ensure that everything is clean. I had them clean my kitchen, living room, and 2 bathrooms. My house is approximately 2200sqft. I was allowed to inspect prior to leaving to ensure that all items met my standards. | |They cleaned my stovetop, and the lids underneath, dishes were washed (or put into the dishwasher and then ran), the bathroom was cleaned from top to bottom (baseboards were scrubbed as well). All of my hallways, etc. After that I continued on a 2 week basis (appx 120 depending on which rooms were cleaned). You pay per cleaner, per hour. I believe they did a very good job in upkeep. When I had one issue with one of the cleaners (an area of the bathroom that was not cleaned), I was given an apology and they had someone come back to clean that area the following week (without extra charge). Oleg (the fellow in charge) is very good about getting back to you in a timely manner and takes the business very seriously. I'd use them/recommend them in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: This company is very responsive and keeps good phone contact with customers before and after cleaning. I need a punctual cleaning service. A and K promised and delivered! The two person cleaning team were pleasant, worked well together, and did a very thorough job. Unfortunately we're not able to continue with their service at present but hope to work with them again in the future.

Description of Work: Deep cleaned kitchen and 2.5 baths, mopped hardwood floors downstairs and stairs, vacuumed carpet upstairs. (This was a deal on Angie's List--$171/ 4hrs cleaning). I have been very happy with A/K Cleaning and have used them four times now when I have company coming and wd like things extra clean.)

Description of Work: This is the first time I've hired a cleaning service. I hired A&K to clean my house before putting it on the market for sale. With only short notice, they were the only cleaning service I called that was able to come in on time. Overall they did the job that they said they would, and performed it within the time frame they promised. They did an especially good job on the bathrooms. They also reimbursed me for a small bleach stain on the new carpet I had just installed earlier in the week. Very professional. There were two cleaners that came in and cleaned our 1000 sqft unit in 3 hours. | |The reason I am not giving them an A is because I left instructions for the cleaners to focus on the bathrooms and bedroom walls and skip the floors. Somehow it seems this message wasn't 100% understood. When I returned and took a closer look at the walls it didn't look like they were touched. I had to go in later and clean them myself, which I was able to do with a Mr. Clean magic eraser sponge. | |Overall I was satisfied with the job that they did, but I think I am going to try a few other cleaning services first before going back to them.

Description of Work: I had a small rental house that was left in deplorable condition after too many people and too many animals resided there for too many years. A&K assessed the clean up request - wash down and sanitize walls and bare floors, bathroom, kitchen counters and kitchen shelves and ceiling fans. A team of 2 arrived the next day and spent at least 4 hours doing the best they could considering the condition of the property. They were on time and courteous. During the course of their cleaning, I was advised by phone of some issues they encountered and we were able to resolve them over the phone. I was pleased with the results of their efforts.

Description of Work: Cleaned multiple floors of our home. Did an excellent job. No dusty corners remained after their service.

Description of Work: The cleaner was able to clean our four bathrooms and kitchen quite thoroughly in the four hours, however did not manage to dust or vacuum the living/dining room or TV room.

Description of Work: They sent 2 ladies for a first time cleaning of a house we just moved into. They did a great job. They cleaned everything except the inside of windows and the insides of oven and fridge. They did tell us that in advance. I will be using their service once a month regularly!
