did not get through the whole house in the 4 hours as scheduled, so that was a bit disappointing, but perhaps that was an unrealistic expectation on my part. she diid get the second floor done minus vacuuming. I was happy with the cleaning she did do and love that they don't use chemicals.

Erica and a supervisor arrived right on time. The supervisor walked thru the house with me and asked what all I wanted done. She then explained everything to Erica and Erica went right to work. Great job!

She Ok to hire, little bit slow. Some part she missed, maybe she new but overall. She is a hard worker.

Oleg was exremely patient with our ever-changing service date, due to the unpredictability of the contractors's finish date. We had to reschedule several times, and Oleg was most accomodating.

Helen did a great job cleaning the house. She pays attention to detail and my home was spotless and felt very clean.

Bought 4 hours cleaning for $85. Supervisor arrived on time but cleaner was over an hour late. When she arrived she complained that she was sick. House was empty as i was getting ready to sell. Not much was accomplished in 4 hours. She only cleaned appliances ( that i had already cleaned and washed out a few cabinets that were empty.She left abruptly after 4 hours. Water in sink, counter tops not washed. Did not fully comprehend how little she had done until next day when i returned and finished cleaning myself. Owner agreed with me and refunded fully.

Two representative showed up 10 min prior to scheduled time; one to assess the work to be done, the other to clean the house. The cleaning person was then left to clean. She cleaned the kitchen and appliances first. That took over two hours. Then she cleaned the ½ bathroom, and finally the full bath.

She arrived early for appointment. As I was running early, that worked fine. She understood what work I needed and worked efficiently and quickly.

Talked with Oleg on the Phone and he was great at getting an appointment scheduled. He even called and confirmed the day before (which was very helpful bc it helped us change our appointment by a little but.). On the day of, Tanya came to the house and went over what could be done in the4 hours I had paid for and we went over what my priorities were. She was very detailed and thorough and was able to get all the items she said she could do in the time frame done. At one point I even saw her on the floor scrubbing at some tough stuck in item (I wasn't expecting that.). She left the house looking and smelling clean. The only thing was that I'm not a fan of that chemical smell you get after a house has been cleaned (I'm pretty sure they even use green chemicals) so I jut opened windows fora bit and was good to go. Not sure hat the normal rate is but for tha Angies List Deal price, it was well worth it!

She did a very thorough cleaning job and even stretched the service period so that she could finish the job. Only a shower door bottom guide is missing and some chloride smell. Otherwise, perfect.

This was one of the special deal rates: 2 women worked for two hours. Instead of the entire house cleaned, I wanted the women to work on priority areas until the time ran out. They did an excellent job on some very dirty areas, including a pantry, refrigerator, three bathrooms and a wood floor that included lots of dog hair. I was very pleased especially with the flexibility for me to select my priorities.

I would rate this entire experience as outstanding from the ease of making an appointment to the final result. They were kind enough to give a reminder call, the housekeeper arrived on time and was very pleasant and easy to work with. She brought all of her own equipment and supplies though offered to use mine if I'd prefer. The deal was for 4 hours of housecleaning and this gal worked diligently the entire time. I would highly recommend this cleaning company!

I used A&K for almost 2 years before moving out of state. Over the 2 years, we had 5 different cleaners. However, Oleg always notified me in advance when there was a change in who was coming. Of the 5 cleaners, I would say 3 were exceptional! I am a detailed person, and I realize my standards are high. For the price of the cleanings, I knew I couldn't find anyone better (as we had other cleaners in the past who charged more and did less of a fine job). Oleg is wonderful to work with. He calls as a reminder before every cleaning, calls if they are running late, calls to verify things are going well, and is flexible if dates/times need to change. He is professional. I maked B for quality because two cleaners we had were not as detailed as the others. Overall, I recommended this company.

While I'm not a particularly messy person, I recently injured my back and have been unable to do more than a cursory job cleaning up after myself and my teenage son. We also have a dog and cat that seem to compete for which of them is most proficient in depositing the greatest quantity of black fur in obscure places, and thus I needed help. I've used a few cleaning outfits in the past, but was not impressed enough with their work or convinced of their value to invite them back. When I saw A&K's Big Deal coupon advertising 4 hours of cleaning for $85.00, that seemed like a reasonable price and so on Monday, December 17th, I purchased the coupon on-line. Within an hour, Oleg returned my initial email, and thereafter was very professional on the phone regarding availability. They made time in their schedule to get my house cleaned three days later, despite their very busy pre-Christmas rush. Sadly, we don't see that kind of excellent customer service very often anymore. The first cleaning person showed up promptly at 1 with her supervisor (whose name I did not catch) and set to work immediately. An hour later, the second person arrived and they both worked straight though until 5. Oleg and the supervisor had both previously explained the additional time charges of $35.00 per person/hour (which I thought was fair and reasonable) and I believe the thoroughness and quality of the work performed clearly justified the additional time charges. My home has never been cleaner and I'm very content that I've received both a good value and a resource I will not hesitate to call upon again.

I hired A&K cleaning in 2011 and they have been providing monthly service since then. They are great. Oleg, the owner, always calls with a reminder and is always very accommodating to last minute requests or changes in schedules. The house always looks and smells fresh and clean and I've been happy with their work. My only complaint is that occasionally I'll find that furniture has been moved and not put back (like pushing the chairs back under the dining room table), or that they will miss dusting things like the speakers on the walls, but it's really a minor thing since the floors, kitchen and bathroom are always done well. Overall I've been really happy and would recommend them to anyone.

When I first called A&K, Oleg came out to the house to meet me and show me what would be done when the cleaning took place. He was very accommodating with regards to the day I requested for cleaning. Liza came out to do the actual cleaning and did a marvelous job. Oleg also called after the cleaning was complete to make sure everything had gone OK. I have since hired them to do monthly cleanings and am always called the day before to confirm the appointment and if need be, they are very accommodating on changing the time or day. They continue to provide great service and are friendly towards my pets.
