The service of drywall repair with skim coat and repaint was finished after my asbestos removal project. The team was able to complete the project within 4 days for 1100 sqft ceiling. The team was professional and on time. Initially the project was promised to be completed by 3 days. The team proactively reached out for the situation of weather might delay the progress. We were able to complete with 1 day of delay.

Prior to doing the job, Yosvin came out and took a sample of the ceiling for me so we could have it tested. Thankfully the results were that the popcorn ceiling did not contain any asbestos material. Yosvin and his crew were fantastic! Not only did they show up on time, but they also did an excellent job of removing the popcorn ceiling, and cleaning up after themselves prior to leaving. Everything went smoothly. I would recommend Yosvin and his crew to others.

Yosvin and his crew were great! Competitive pricing, and they were able to schedule as soon as the permit could be processed. They removed popcorn ceiling with asbestos and flooring containing asbestos. After the hot materials were out, they removed other flooring. Crew worked on the weekend to finish quickly.

Joe did a solid job of removing over 100 linear feet of asbestos pipe insulation and another 200 sq ft of asbestos linoleum from my 100-year old house. Professional, fair price (consistent with other bids), and much more flexible on scheduling right away. He's a bit casual in communications and invoicing. I had to ask for the following asbestos lab reports. But I was more than happy that he could take care of all this on short notice.

The popcorn ceiling had been sealed with something extremely hard and nonporous by a previous owner and was very difficult to remove. It had to be removed with a large specialized razor. As a result there was more damage than usual to the sheet rock ceiling. The crew cleaned up and followed the mitigation procedures required by the state for safety. The owner was very professional and clear about what to expect prior to initiating the procedure and was the only company who gave a bid who was realistic about the difficulty of the project. His bid was competitive despite the challenges. They were always punctual and courteous and good with communication. I would definitely recommend this company for mitigation of asbestos.

They made quick work of a very large asbestos removal job, and left everything in great order....no more popcorn ceilings:D!!! Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a fast professional job!

We wanted the popcorn ceiling texture removed from throughout our 1976 home. It tested positive for asbestos. Yosvin gave me a quote that was much more reasonable than another company I contacted. The team was able to start promptly. The job probably wasn’t easy; popcorn was painted over, vaulted ceiling, 1400 sq ft, but they still finished the job in only 4.5 days. Very professional and provided air sample analysis from each day showing no airborne asbestos.

I was referred to them by a friend I have my usual company I would normally call, but I loved this company’s job so much I am sticking with them. My bathroom vinyl looks spectacular. I got sheet vinyl put in a 100 sq foot bathroom! Everything was meticulously done. I would recommend J&F Gencon 100%

It was asbestos around the boiler in some water pipes and I hire this company to preform the removal of this material. I highly recommend them plus they did exactly what they said and the price was lower compared to other companies who send the proposal
