We were very happy with them. My wife took care of their charges and she chose them over the other providers. They were very professional and on time. They did very meticulous work. We totally liked them. They were very good. We've mentioned them to several other people in our building. We would absolutely use them again in the future.

This replacement of kitchen cabinets and bath vanities was a horrible experience. It began in May 2013 placing orders at Lowe's, Issaquah WA store. Entire project was to be completed by end of June 2013. Project completed close to 10 months later in April 2014 . Product ordered was damaged and poorly constructed causing a delay. Lowe's recommended the installer(Shawn Welland) and lead me to believe he is an experienced qualified cabinet installer. This project proved he is far from experienced and qualified. He lacks attention to detail IE: installed crown molding OVER a heat vent, unable to match seams in crown molding for a clean look, cabinets not level, finish molding not applied in all areas, unable to box in above a wall unit (he couldn't figure out how to do that). Shawn failed to show on time at a scheduled appointment(he arrived 1 1/2 hours late) and another day he canceled completely/claimed there was a medical emergency (not for himself but someone else had cut off a finger which I asked for proof of and never received). His work days are more to the like of and quot;bankers hoursand quot; which extend the length of job. A three day job could be done in two days if he worked a full day. (he never began before 9A, took hour lunch and usually left between 3-4P). As the wall unit was being installed the only way he said he could do it, the microwave was installed so high the only way I could reach it was on step-stool. The kitchen cabinets were installed high and left existing holes from previous cabinets exposed. It was obvious he didn't want to be bothered to correctly do the job. He did need to make time to return and re-do his unacceptable work. He made comments about the height but didn't communicate to say there might be an issue. Rather he continued to do a haphazard job. This is where an experienced customer service oriented installer would have called me (or Lowe's) to say there might be a problem. Once I contacted Lowe's their cabinetry and installation representatives came to see the problems. Both were embarrassed by his work. Also had a problem with missing shelves from the wall unit. They were removed from my home without my permission as they were to be used for boxing in two areas(per the cabinetry representative). Shawn was questioned and in the end he said he may have used them for another cabinet (but not my cabinets). He left unused materials in the garage and he was required to return them to Lowe's His reasoning was there was still work left to do. However, his assistant never called to schedule another day to complete the job. So what was left to do? All of these problems were documented with photos or by written communication and verified by Lowe's. This entire installation was conducted by Shawn and it is obvious he lacks respect for a customer and the customer's time. He has a cynical attitude and appeared to be annoyed if he needed to do anything extra that needed to be done for a quality install. He always seemed very smug and wanted to leave as early as possible on any given work day. Again, he was not respectful of my time. He was only concerned with his time. On this install I would consider his work amateur at best. The install quality was unacceptable. Shawn failed to recognize things that an experienced person would have communicated to me (home owner) or the install team at Lowe's. Not communicating is a huge problem with Shawn as many of his and quot;errorsand quot; could have been avoided. Rather he chose to do it the quick and lazy way and most likely thought it would be left as is. I paid thousand for this entire project and it will be acceptable and quality work. This lack of insight for a proper quality install has left me with no other option but to advise others with this review. After this experience I can not endorse Lowe's (Issaquah WA) or the installer they recommended. All of the installation problems have been verified (in person or writing) by Lowe's management and representatives at the Issaquah WA location.

Very good! Shawn was very good at explaining how to work the unit. He said that since we had purchased a less expensive SAMSUNG model ($678.00) from Lowes, we'd have to be sure to run the water in the sink until it was hot before starting the unit. (The price of the Samsung models that heat the water is quite a bit higher.) I can see why Lowe's likes to use A to Z for installations. We would definitely use them again.
