+ 0 moreVery high quality and very thorough. Very happy (obviously, since we keep going back). Warden definitely isn't the cheapest... of 4 bids for the same job(s), his was 2nd to the highest in all cases.(Though, to be fair, the highest was usually a full 20-40% higher than Warden's). But, as far as cleanliness, punctuality, precision, and overall hassle-free experience, we're extremely pleased. We have fragile plant outside for exterior jobs and there was no damage/ overspray anywhere, whatsoever. Interior was also problem free. Again, the quality has been superb: Clean, perfect lines, perfect caulking/sealing, flawless smooth painted surfaces.
Description of Work: The amount spent ($15000) is over a period of 4 years and 3 different jobs. Over this time, Warden has painted literally my entire house, inside and out, after 3 remodeling projects. This includes both new and old construction: doors, windows, trim, walls, siding... you name it, Warden has painted it in our house.

+ -1 moreDavid was on time with his bid, work and completion of the job. His crew was polite and did a very good quality job. None of the wood trim or ceilings have a smudge on them. And the walls are fantastic! Definitely would hire David and his crew again.
Description of Work: Painted family room, master bath ceiling and living room accent wall. Set up, prep, paint and clean up all included.
