Jake originally did the estimate on the transfer switch and was very knowledgeable about generators and options we had. Bid was close to others we received, but felt more comfortable working with W E Electric. Jon did the work and did a great job. I ordered a custom length cable and sure enough we had a power outage before the cable came. I called Jon and he was at a job site and called in an order at an electrical distributor and I picked up the cable and connectors and drove to Jon's sire and he built me a cable in the parking lot! I took it home and fired up the generator and had a happy wife and family! Great service! We are putting our house on the market this weekend and have an outdoor house light not working. Jon came by and fixed after being in a training class all day. I appreciated the extra effort to help us out!

It went terrifically. Jake took the time to understand our situation and use his extensive expertise to suggest a solution that none of the other bidders proposed. Once selected, W E Electric was incredibly friendly, professional and went well beyond expectations on our job. Simply outstanding!

When we started the process, we learned that we would have to do a number of things to pass code. First, we had to either move the a/c unit, the meter, or move a window (or swap it for a non opening one) in order to upgrade our gas meter so that we could install the generator that we most wanted. After much discussion with Jake, we decided it would be more cost effective and better in the long run for us to move the A/C unit. We had our HVAC guy (Highlander Heating) come out and evacuate the coolant into the unit and make it ready to move. Then the guys from W.E. Electric moved the unit and the base it sits on for us. The unit will be reconnected when the weather is warm again. Once that was completed, we had PSE out to upgrade the meter. The crew from W.E. Electric then followed once the meter was complete and inspected. They were out to change out our panel and then install the generator. There was just one day that we were without power when they did the install. It went well, except that one of the circut breakers was bad in the new panel. My husband discovered it when he got home from work and our freezer was not working. I called Jake and he came right out and fixed the problem. The whole process was fairly long, but the guys at W.E. Electric were great! They were hard working and efficient. The generator was completed just in time for our first black out of the season. It worked flawlessly. I really appreciated that they pulled all of the permits and did not charge us for the job until it was completed to our satisfaction and passed inspection. Our last meeting, Jake came out to explain how the generator works and how to program it. I would highly recommend this team.

Jared at WE Electric did a great job. He was prompt, professional and courteous and the job was completed on time and at the agreed price.

He is a great stand up guy. He is always focused on customer service, he will come back as many times as you need to get the job done to your liking. He does great work and he is a really nice guy. I can't say enough about him. I do recommend him.
