Description of Work: Brett did TWO jobs for me..........In Spring, 2012, he cleaned out a furnace in my rental that was just 5-6 yrs old, of lots of construction dust and debris. On Oct. 2, he cleaned our home furnace, and found out that it wasn't totally installed correctly (it's 3 yrs old), and Phase 2 wasn't even hooked up (whatever that is). He was thorough, thoughtful, explained everything for both homes..........I will definitely use him again, even if there are no special deals.

Very friendly Sandi at the office scheduled the job quickly, and in a few days technician Rhett arrived. He was a nice guy who did the job and even left us 2 filters for future use (since we'd changed them recently ourselves). The coupon was a great money-saving deal!

Description of Work: Our heater needed cleaning, and I received an email from Angie's List for a special on heater/air conditioner cleaning; a very good price. I purchased the special online, then called to schedule the job. They were able to schedule it for 1-1/2 weeks from the time I called. The technician was on time, called to let me know when he was on his way, was professional, did a very conscientious job. It was VERY dirty, and so it took him a little longer than usual, but that did not cause him to rush the job, or gloss over little things to save time. Our filters had been installed incorrectly by the previous owners (hence the very dirty appliance), so he installed new ones, made a chart on the unit showing the size of filters, and a diagram of how they go in, so that we can replace them properly. He advised that we hire a duct cleaning service. He cleaned up, leaving no trace that he had been there. He was friendly and pleasant. I am very pleased with the service.
