All went well. I was very pleased with the service.

After reading the great reviews for this provider I was confident I was going to have a good service with honest pricing, but I was wrong. I called them when my heating system stopped working after a 10 second power outage due to a storm. They charged a $129 diagnosis fee and the guy told me he needed to replace "the unit" because it had been damaged by the storm and he was going to charge $700 for that. He went to get "the unit" and came back with a small (5"x5" or so) box. I thought he was going to change the whole thing and that's why I agreed to such a steep charge. But no, he just needed to change a little electronic "unit". It took him about 20 minutes to change it and he was done. Later I checked online for the cost of that little unit and it was around $100. I am very disappointed by the excessive cost of this service. I called the manager and he never returned my call. Discounting the diagnosis fee, looks like these guys charge about $1000/hour. Outrageous!!!

The tune-up went well. He inspected the furnace and connected air purifier. He taught us how to clean the air filters. My only complaint is that the work was originally scheduled to happen one week previously. In the scheduled window of time, I received a phone call saying the technician would be about 1.5 hours late. I agreed, but after more than 2 hours, no one showed up. By then it was after 5 pm, and I called 3 phone numbers to cancel the appointment, but no one answered. The tech did eventually arrive and was very polite when I said it was too late for the service call. The next business day, I rescheduled, and everything went fine from there.

Performed all of the agreed to services as well as made an excellent suggestion on how to put a pre-filter in place that is serviceable from inside the house as opposed to going into the crawlspace. He even went so far as to provide a suitable filter free of charge. I would definitely use them again and have already referred others

My wife was pleased. I was a little hesitant at first. Not sure of all the details but they must have been very professional and met her high expectations. That says a lot.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. My impression was that they knew what they were doing and were efficient in what they did. They came in, did their thing quickly and were gone. They showed up on time and did, as far as I can tell, a fine job.

The time of the work is very approximate as it was done last fall or winter and I can't recall the specific date. The provider was on time and professional. He looked at my older than dirt furnace, cleaned parts and recommended that I get a new furnace, He was low pressure, which I liked and whenever I get around to getting a new furnace, will give them a call.

They did a good job. They answered all our questions and were knowledgeable. The price of the service seemed reasonable.

This was part of the Angie's List Deal. Furnace Inspection for $79. Zach is a nice young man who came at time scheduled. Performed the inspection. Furance is A-ok. Provided me with some new replacement and upgrade options. I will use Zach when i am ready to upgrade my furnace. All went well.

Zach was very nice, it seemed to go really well, we talked for quite awhile. He told us that the lead time to get the job started would be about a week and a half. We were excited. We thought, yeah, this will finally be done! But no.. we never heard back. It would have been nice if he would have at least called us and told us he didn't want or couldn't do the job. Sorry to put a dent in your good reviews Zach, but we really wanted a system put in by your company, you had such good reviews... but it's been a month since we saw you. Thanks for coming out, it was nice to meet you.

I bought the coupon through Angie's List.. as I have done now a few times or they gave me the discount and I think they are GREAT. They are professional when they answer the phone, they keep excellent records so when I call they have me on a screen to confirm address and schedule service. It is EASY to use the coupon and they respond FAST. Noel was my service provider today and was thorough, gave me some excellent feedback and suggestions for plants around the unit outside and air flow through the furnace that I appreciate.

They were great. We have an older furnace (18 years old) and they told us that while it's past the usual running time, nothing was wrong with it. He was very nice, efficient, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

The technician came on time, checked the furnace over and said there were no apparent problems, and gave me some advice about filters and options. He was quick, polite, and efficient.

I like the way they handled everything. I called them up, setup a time and everything was fine. I believe the work was done well. The person who came explained everything, was very professional and I would have them back in a minute.

I paid $99 for their "AC tune-up" deal in July since we've been using the A/C a lot this summer, and was told that everything in our unit looked fine except that the refrigerant was low, and that the office would call me about costs for the repair. I was never contacted about the refrigerant costs (strike 1) so I actually just forgot about it until... 1 month after the tune-up the A/C completely went out so I contacted them again and had to pay $140 for a tech to come out. He showed up 3 hours late (strike 2), and then gave a diagnosis of a bad dual run capacitor (which took about 5 minutes to figure out). Then I was told that he did not stock this particular capacitor in his truck so he couldn't actually repair it that day, and was told that to have him come out again to replace the capacitor would cost ~$180 for parts and labor (strike 3). I checked online and the part itself should be no more than $30-50 and the installation looks very simple. I didn't understand why I should be charged a total of $320 for a simple installation of a $50 part (or $420 if you count the A/C tune-up costs that didn't really seem to tune anything up), so I refused the service and ordered the part online to install myself. So overall not a pleasant experience - this kind of service/costs may be par for the course for HVAC companies, but nevertheless I will be looking for a new provider for any future needs.

Everything went fine. They came when they said they would and did a check-up and cleaning.

The technician showed up on time and did a good job with the tuneup. However, he was supposed to follow up and provide us a quote on adding a wire from the furnace to the thermostat. That NEVER happened!
