Description of Work: We got an estimate from them for removing our old fiberglass surround and tub and replacing it with a new tub and a laminate backing. We decided to go a different direction with tile so did not use them, but they were a good company to work with as far as we did.

Description of Work: Tub Cove removed our old cast iron tub and barrel trap. Installed new drain and P-trap, new shower control and cultured marble shower pan, floor to ceiling shower surround and shower door. It looks wonderful! Jose did the tub removal and plumbing the first day and then Jeff "the craftsman" did his magic with the surround and all the finish work. Jeff's attention to detail was gratifying. I felt I was in good hands and really appreciate Shelley's help in the office when we were looking at different options and then throughout the rest of the process. It went smoothly and I would not hesitate to use Tub Cove again.

We pride ourselves in responding to all requests even if we can't do the work. I was shocked to find there was an inquiry we hadn't responded to. I just went through all of the email I've received from Angie's List for the past two months as well as any printouts in the Angie's List file folder and I didn't find any inquiry email from Member via Angie's List. Since I clear out my Junk Mail folder regularly, it wasn't there either. If I inadvertently erased the email or we experienced some technical difficulty that prevented us from receiving the initial email, I apologize profusely for any inconvenience this may have caused. He came in about half of what another contractor quoted. He was prompt and they were very professional! They did a wonderful job. The only problem was that I did not need a new fixture for the shower but they took it apart and couldn?t get it back together with our leaking. They called in a plumber and charged me $200.00. If I would have known this I would have purchased a new one.

We planned to remodel our bathroom and got an estimate from Tub Cove based on the experience my mother and my son had each had. They were very helpful and made good suggestions. We would have had them do the work, but we were selling the house and the real estate agents advised us not to make any major investments due to the market and the quality of our house in relation to the surrounding houses.

GREAT SELECTION OF COLORS FOR THE SHOWER LINER. VERY REASONABLY PRICED, SINCE THEY CUT AND INSTALLED THE LINER. THE STAFF AT THE OFFICE AND THE INSTALLER WERE BOTH PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. THE END-PRODUCT LOOKS FABULOUS.
