It's A for overall experience. I'll use them again in the future.

The cost was very expensive. They call you all the time and try to upsell you. They used to do our lawncare but I cancelled that service.

I have used them for approximately 10 years total. They showed up on time. He discussed the needs of my lawn very thoroughly with me. He was very personable and professional.

They call the night before they come and if not home leave info on what they did and what I should do til next visit

I would never recommend them to anyone else. Over the years we have spent thousands of dollars to have a nice lawn and they were never able to produce. There was always an extra fee they were trying to produce. They called us for an extra service for an extra charge but they showed up and did it anyway, we showed up when they were doing it and told them to leave but they billed us anyways. I was absolutely livid.

They were really nice, but I did not use them because of their schedule and availability. They were very booked up. They made an effort to accommodate me, but it ended up just not working out. On the other hand, their pricing was reasonable.

My neighbor used TruGreen, so I'm giving their service a try. So far I've been on the phone with them 3 times in several days, and still noone scheduled to come out and give us an estimate, whereas I was able to schedule on the first phone call with other places. I'm seriously disappointed with the unresponsiveness and time wasting phone calls from TruGreen representatives. - The first time, I called the 1-888 number, the lady took down my full contact information (address etc), but she couldn't give an accurate estimate (based on lawn size) since there are many tall trees above my lawn from the sattelite image. She gave me a local number to follow up after our call if no one contacted me for the estimate scheduling. - The second time, I called the local number and got redirected to an out-of-state agent :( This time again, I was asked to give my full contact information (address etc.) and was told that someone will contact me within 24 hours. - The third time, I received a call from TruGreen and again was told that someone will contact me for the estimate scheduling. What a time wasting!!!!

I wasn't home for the last service, but all of the previous ones have worked great

They're convenient and I don't have to worry about fertilizing the lawn myself. They're here when they say they will be and they always do a good job.

They do a pretty good job, our lawn is always looking good in the summer time. They do the bug treatment and everything. They come probably 6 times a year. They contact us ahead of time and tell us when they are coming and they check with us when they are done. The guy leaves a note usually on the front door to tell us exactly what he does and his name and number. We really haven't had any problems. We even got the people next door to also use TruGreen.

They improved my lawn. They did what they said they would do. I did not renew because I sought a company that would combine this work with cutting my grass.

They were fine but the price got to expensive after a while. They were professional, good service and good. We have twenty five thousand square feet of yard. I am not giving them a bad rating it just got to be too expensive.

I think they are wonderful, fantastic and I like them a lot. They keep their appointments and they let me know when they are coming out. They do the lawn beautifully. I leave my door open for them. They are honest. They take good care of my lawn and my lawn is just beautiful. They are kind of expensive, but you get what you pay for.

They are responsive, and will address any issues I have quickly. Also, they are very reasonably priced. Most importantly, I like the quality of their work.

Three years ago, we moved into a new neighborhood and we had one of the worst lawns. I put in a turf lawn and wanted to make sure it kept in its good condition. TruGreen of Redmond has been treating the lawn for 3 years now and it is one of the best looking lawns in the neighborhood and ndash; no weeds, nice dark green color, etc. Expect for one spot . . . I share some lawn with my next door neighbor and part of that lawn was looking lousy, weeds, patchy, etc. I complained about it a couple times. Finally Jim Selk, the manager, came out to see what was going on. Turns out that it was a misunderstanding. The technicians were not treating the neighbor's part because they did not have permission. So they carefully treated my half and ndash; which looked great and ndash; but not the neighbors half which looked bad. Once that confusion was cleared up, they treated the whole section and within three months it was looking as good as the rest of my lawn. It was an interesting experiment though to see treated versus untreated lawn and ndash; BIG difference. So overall the TruGreen technicians get high marks for quality service, Jim Selk gets high marks for coming out personally and making sure the technicians followed through. The price is reasonable for the service they provide. Only negative is the regular up selling pressure of the office sales staff. They have to change their approach as it greatly annoys all their customers! Maybe they should just come out once a year and review the services you currently have and others you might be interested to use. Then leave you alone the rest of the year. Anyway, thanks Jim and Nic (the technician) for your great work.

We have them come every month to do the application or fertilizers and they make recommendations. The service technicians are great but it's the people in the office who keep calling me to sell other stuff which is driving me crazy; like they try to sell pest control and they hardly take no for an answer. I hate to put something bad against the technicians that actually come out and do the work. They are very professional, but it's the guys from the sales office who are horrible.

We don't usually see them when they come. We live in a pretty mossy, wet area. They have been able to control that with their products. They green up our lawn in comparison to our neighbors. We are really pleased with their lawn care. They come eight or nine times a year. Their price is a little steep, but it's working for us.

Terrible experience. The guys would show up, spent in some cases less than 5 minutes walking around the lawn, and then leave a report of work that clearly had not been done. Plus they are constantly "upselling," calling every phone number possible, trying to get you to purchase more services.

I have been pleased with them. They notify me by mail of their next scheduled day treat my yard. That is helpful since I am able to reschedule if I need to. All technicians have been pleasant but go about their work quietly so I sometimes even miss them until I see the note on my door telling what they had done.

I was dissatisfied with my lawn, but they came back out and resprayed. They also sprayed into my pond when doing work on the trees, but the paid for the fish and I think they are adequate.

They delivered on their promises. The service was excellent with problems resolved quickly.

Overall I cannot complain too much. My yard is certainly much greener and healthier looking. My big complaints are that they continually ignore my request to fertilize an extra three feet on one end of my yard that is part of the neighbor's yard. They keep saying they will, but as they have constantly rotation technicians, it doesn't happen. This results in a nice line of yellow-green in the neighbors portion of the grass to my deep green. My second big complaint is that the sales person I initially talked to told me they could get rid of my crab grass problem, which I later learned they don't provide service for. Overall, my yard looks much better, which is nice. I have a retired couple living next to me (on the other side of the yellow-green grass, that's a rental) that have an immaculate yard. I wanted my yard to look a little better next to theirs, since they are such a wonderful couple and take such pride in the appearance of their yard.

We were not unsatisfied, but we were not completely satisfied either. They took over for another provider that was bought out. They said that they would provide the same service, but I feel like the service they gave us was very generalized. For instance, our lawn has a lot of shade, so it is different than others in our area, and I felt like they had a one size fits all system, and it didn't really work for us. I did feel like their cost was comparable to the previous service.

We canceled after using them for about 1 year. The lawn never really looked that great and we felt it was expensive for not getting great results. We told them we were not happy but they never really changed what they were doing to the lawn. They would leave a bill on the door after performing a service. We would pay the bill, then get another bill via mail that was slightly different because the one that they left didn't include tax or something. So, we started to ignore the bill they left on the door and just pay the one that came in the mail. When we did that they would call and complain that we were late on our payment. I'm not sure what they wanted from us, but the billing issue was such a hassle, that when combined with high price and mediocre results, we canceled. Canceling was not easy...all they wanted to do was try and "earn us back." We told them they should have tried harder originally and that it was too late.

They give me an invoice of the service that I received based on the work that they did, which I think is very professional. I have used them for years and they are great. I recommend them to other people.
