overall great service. I was suckered into replacing the door rollers with his "high performance" rollers that he charged $8 per roller plus labor (12 per door) only to find out I could have picked them up on line for $1.75 each. I admire the smoothness of the up sell but it was a rip off. BEWARE

It went very well! They were friendly and punctual.

They came within a half hour of when we called and they gave a pretty quick service. They had everything in their truck so when we asked them to replace things, they already had all the materials. They came on a weekend and we were about to leave the house but we didn?t want our garage to remain open. We thought they would have to go to the store to buy the parts but because they had everything, it went quickly. I did not do any research on the price.

They were fantastic. They came out within about 2 or 3 hours of when I called. They responded promptly and they were very helpful. They fixed the problem and I thought their price was reasonable, although I don't remember what the price was. They did a great job. I absolutely would use them again.

We like their services. We are going to continue using them.

I was happy with their work as three other people who had tried earlier hadn?t succeeded. They had also left their sticker on the door so that I could call them later if needed. The fire department had breached the door because they had suspected something hazardous inside the garage. It was actually a misunderstanding but they had to breach the door to get in, and I had to have it fixed later. Ric's Garage Door & Opener Service fixed it for me. They were here the same day that I had called, and I was impressed with their work. They were awesome, and I didn?t feel ripped off by them.

Greg quickly identified the problem with the door and outlined the work he would do. I asked him to check a second door and he said the pulleys on that door were worn but still had life in them, so I decided not to replace them.

The service and work went very well. Service was quick to change springs and do the work. I thought they were priced well and did only what was necessary. I will use them again in the future.

Very quick response & quick job. The prices were very reasonable. Very professional, the door has worked great ever since.

Called several day in advance, and the office manager talked me through a few trouble shooting things I could try without having them come out at all. Our problem was what she diagnosed, but since the parts needed to be replaced we did need a service call. Greg came out to do the work. He looked at the door, and gave me options on either replacing the system (33 year old house with heavy), or doing a temporary solution to get it working again. We opted to just patch the existing system since it was significantly cheaper. He balanced the doors on the springs and replaced the screw drive mechanism, it now works beautifully again. When it is time to replace the system, I will definitely call this company again.

It took him less than an hour from start to finish and everything went very smoothly. My two boys (4 and 7) enjoyed watching him work and he was responsive to their numerous questions, along with a few of mine. I'll definitely call Ric's again when our other door needs service, which probably will be within a few years.

Had an easy time scheduling a visit and Ric installed the openers quickly. He recommended that we replace the springs, but they didn't have the right size on the truck so we decided to wait. Sure enough, a month later one snapped and we called Ric again to replace. They again serviced promptly and re-adjusted all the doors to ensure a snug fit.

It went very quickly 2-3 hours to take out the old door and install a new one. It looks great and the door is lighter, the hardware and lock work fine. They did promise to send me a 2nd key as one of them had broken, but it hasn't come yet.

He was responsive. We felt the price was fair. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. He was personable and nice to have around.

I placed the phone call at 8 a.m. By 9 a.m., I had a time frame for the service. Ric, the owner, was on time and professional. He was courteous and answered all of my questions. After replacing the spring, he made a few minor adjustments to the door including replacing two imperative screws that were missing. He gave me a few suggestions to maintain my garage door. While he was here, I had him replace the rollers.

It went very well. Ric was prompt and professional. He repaired the garage door in under an hour.

Disappointed. We used their service back in June 2007 and were pleased with their work, so we thought we could use their service once again for a different issue. I called and spoke with the owner, made an appointment; business as usual. I was told on the day they were to work on our garage door opener that they would call between 8 to 8:45am, then they would confirm a window of time for them to make the necessary repairs. I never received a call. I called their office, the office administrator found no appointment. I was told to wait 30 minutes and the OA would call back, no phone call so I called back again. She told me to wait another 20 minutes for them to call back, no phone call. So I contacted another company. This company called me back around Noon (took all morning) and said that one of their techs could be out in an hour. I informed them, after waiting all morning, that I found another contractor for the job.

We called and they gave us a good estimate. They scheduled it for the day we wanted (since all cars had to be there). They came out on time and did the job to our satisfaction. We were first told that it will take about 3 hours, but it ended up taking 5 hours. Apart from that we are happy about the job they've done.

Received morning window within two days of initial call. Received call on Friday morning giving me a two-hour window of installer availability. Repairman was knowledgeable and efficient. He had necessary parts with him and completed the work within one hour.

We are very pleased with Ric's promptness and work performed. We gave him a call on a Friday evening thinking no one would answer the telephone, Ric did! We explained the problem, he gave us a rough cost estimate for the labor and parts. We then made the choice that Ric is our man to make the necessary repairs. Still on the telephone, he then said he'd call us back Saturday morning to schedule a time for him to make the necessary repairs, he did just that. Ric made the repairs later that day on Saturday per our earlier conversation. He was very accommodating considering the short notice. The fees charged were competitive compared to other's who provide the same type of service.

Excellent. They delivered on the promise, arrived in time-frame they had indicated (despite icy roads), did the work in minimum time, and door is now functioning with no problems. All our contact was via phone. We did not have to be on-site and they trusted us to pay the invoice they left under our doormat (as arranged), which we appreciated.

We made an appointment over the telephone to have Ric's diagnose and repair problems we were having with our garage door. They did not show up at the appointed time or ever. Did not call to explain or cancel the appointment. We called another company to do the repair.

Ric was very nice, prompt and professional. We only called him to fix one of our two doors. While he was here, he checked the other one and pointed out the springs didn't match, causing excessive wear. He replaced the springs for a nominal fee. Quick service.

Ric was prompt and worked quickly. They quality of work was excellent.
