Description of Work: Replaced the intermediate and bottom panels of garage door for 16' wide garage open width and installed 16' strut on bottom of door. I also needed another remote. There were no problems whatsoever. I would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: Won't Recommend !, Over Priced !, always tried to install new one with over priced equipment cost, I insisted part replacement, they tried their best for new install, but finally I did the part replacement. Part was over priced, in market it was below $20, they charged me $40 for a unbranded one. When asked for price difference, they mentioned this is what it is!... Won't Recommend!

Description of Work: I called on Friday and they were able to be here Monday within the window of time I requested to replace my broken spring. Ric arrived on time, and the job was completed quickly. Another company told me I needed a missing center bearing and were going to charge me $89 for it! With Ric, it was $10. Rick even tightened the nuts on my second garage door and show me how to maintain my door's hardware.

WE WERE UNHAPPY WITH OUR INITIAL SERVICE, BUT THEY CAME BACK OUT AND STAYED IN TOUCH WITH US UNTIL THE WORK WAS DONE CORRECTLY. THE PRODUCTS USED ARE EXCELLENT AND THE LABOR INSTALLATION WAS GOOD.
