Our office, yard and most of our employees reside in Redmond. We serve the East side and greater Seattle area. 20 employees. Uses subs for gutters. Charges a flat rate. LICENSE # RRREDI*070PA. Description of Work: We had our roof replaced and they did great job. We have a 1800 sqft home but our roof has more area than most due to large eves and the attached garage. During this time it rained almost everyday but they were able do it in sections during the short dry periods so the roof was never fully exposed. It took about a week to do it this way but it turned out great. This also included a ridge vent which is a huge upgrade from the poor ventilation we had before.

Description of Work: We had a section of roof that was leaking badly. They came and gave an estimate and we agreed to the work. The weather was not cooperating and the work had to be postponed several times, but they never forgot about us, even once coming in the pouring rain to see what they could do anyway. Their estimate was just about what it ended up costing, the roof hasn't leaked since. I would call Redmond Roofing again, they'll be the first we call when we decide to replace the roof.

Description of Work: The guy who came out was friendly. In my opinion did a thorough inspection, and gave a reasonable approximate estimate. He told me when he returned to the office he would write up an official proposal and email it to me before the weeks end. Never heard from them again. I called and left messages. Nobody bothered to return my call. I think it wasn't worth their time because I wasn't looking for a total roof replacement, only repairs. Weak.

Description of Work: On the day after Thanksgiving our roof suddenly started leaking, leaving a puddle in our kitchen and drips in our living room. Redmond Roofing was kind enough to come out the next morning and do a quick patch on our roof to stop the leaks, plus an evaluation for the work that needed to be done to prevent more leaks. A couple weeks later they returned and did the other repairs. We couldn't be happier with how responsive they were over the holiday weekend and with the work that they did. We will definitely be using them again.

Mike the roofer was considerate and efficient in fixing the leak. Called before arrival and always was friendly. The most important thing was they fixed our leaks. Thank you!
Description of Work: Skylight was leaking and another roofer had been out three times to fix it. Water spots were all over our master bath. Mike from Redmond Roofing came out once and identified an obvious problem and fixed it. Turns out we had another leak as well that he fixed. In a city like Seattle you need a non-leaking roof!

EXCELLENT. I DEALT WITH THEM STRICTLY OVER THE PHONE, SO NEVER HAD TO TAKE TIME OUT OF MY WORK DAY TO MEET WITH THEM. THEY DESCRIBED THE PROBLEM VERY CLEARLY, GAVE AN ACCURATE ESTIMATE, WERE ABLE TO GET ON THE JOB WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS, AND FINISHED QUICKLY. THE WORK LOOKS GREAT. I RECEIVED A BILL BY MAIL WHICH INCLUDED BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS OF THE AREA ILLUSTRATING THE BAD PRIOR INSTALLATION OF THE VENTS.

THEY CAME EARLIER THAN EXPECTED. THEY WORKED REALLY HARD AND HAD TO WORK IN THE RAIN, BUT KEPT EVERYTHING DRY. THEY WERE FRIENDLY. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN. THEY WERE NICE WORKERS. THERE WAS AN ACCIDENT, WHERE ONE GUTTER WAS DENTED, AND THEY REPLACED THAT FREE OF CHARGE, WHEN THEY BROUGHT IT UP TO ME. I THOUGHT THAT WAS IMPRESSIVE IN MY SMALL TOWN MENTALITY.
