I thought they were very businesslike, but their price was higher than the company that I hired. They were friends of the roofing company that I used and they said they were a top quality outfit. I consider them to be honest and trustworthy.

It was a fair price, excellent quality, on time, and entire area is cleaned up better than before they started.

We received bids from 4 companies and their pricing was in the middle range of the group. We were very impressed with the company philosophy and thoroughness of the bid process delivered by RR, which was our main reason for choosing them. We are very happy with that decision! Our only hesitation was their 4-6 week lead time to get the job started because my husband wanted to paint the house exterior once the roof was completed. They were very responsive to our timeline and scheduled us for 2.5 weeks out once we accepted their bid. Then we were pleased to have them call us a week later and say another job had been postponed and they could start our roof the next day which worked great for us. The crew was professional and very hard-working. They cleaned up daily before leaving, and were sensitive to our landscaping when demolishing the old roof. They had to work around some weather issues, but the job was completed in a timely manner and we are very pleased with the results. We would definitely recommend them to others wanting a roof replacement.

Their quote was $24000 for that work. The gentleman was very friendly and professional. I would have gone with them but their bid was too high. They were really quick with the bid.

Redmond Roofing was one of three roofing companies that I contacted. Their pricing was in line with one of the other companies but I had a more comfortable feeling with the people at Redmond. Dale, was great at getting back to me promptly whenever I had a question or concern. He gave great product advice and helped me to make the right material decisions. The install crew did an awesome job. This roof looks better than other new ones in the neighborhood. When they weren't sure about something they came to me right away and cleared it with me as to what I was wanting them to do. They were professional in the way that they handled themselves. Property was cleaned up well after also. I would highly recommend Redmond Roofing.

The roofing job was really good and I'm happy with it. I had vaulted ceilings and they didn't tell me that there was the possibility that they would have to do some extra work because of the vaulted ceiling. They had to put an air baffle because there wasn't enough room. If they didn't do that the insulation would have caused ventilation problems or something. I would have imagines that they've run into that before; not to mention the possibility to me when they started. The other thing that happened was they broke through the ceiling insulation in 1 or 2 places but the guy did a really good job of fixing it. It was an inconvenience but it worked out okay.

They were very professional, and I was very satisfied with them.

I liked them very much but I didn't go with them. It was a fair quote but I went with someone that was a little lower. They were fine. My son had used them and that's why I contacted them. They are friends of the company that I used. They had given me a recommendation for them. Redmond was $3,000 more than the company I went with.

Work was done as per their quote and on time. I had my cedarshake roof replaced last year by another roofer (Pacific Pros Contracting, LLC,now no longer in business) who installed only 2 vents and these were incorrect ones (designed for attic ventillation rather than bathroom exhausts). Moreover, Pacific did not tight-line the roof vents and vent pipes in the attic. As a result, the bathroom exhaust fans dischsrged moisture into the attic which, on Dec 8/09, turned into frost and ice in the attic.

All done in 2 hours. Appointment on 3-4 days' notice. Excellent result.

The person that I dealt with was very professional and informative. The actual bid was reasonable as well, since I received several estimates from other companies. A shingle roof was replaced and it ended up being a little bit more than the bid, since plywood needed to be laid across the roof first. We had to pay for the materials in order for them to do that, so that was a cost that wasn't accounted for. They did the job in a timely manner and overall, I'm satisfied with their services.

Redmond Roofing was great! Their price was competitive and their history exemplary. We had a great experience. One thing I would recommend is getting the cell phone numbers of the guys doing the work, we did and they can im handy over a very wet Father's day weekend when we experienced a leak and the website has no emergency number. We called the guys cell phone and they were out in 20 minutes and tarped the unfinished area that was causing the leak.

Bob and his crew were very responsive and coorperative through the roof selection and pricing phase. We were not sure we wanted to replace the roof with shakes so once we had options narrowed Bob sent us on a tour of past projects to see specific materials in place. Once decided, and material was delivered the roof went in fast and very efficiently. Demo was painless and extensive landscaping around the house was protected resulting in only very minor damage; virtually imposible to avoid in a project like this. The project was staffed well, left clean and organized every night and was finished on or before the estimated date. We had one call back which turned out to be a failed sheet metal seal on a combustion air stack. Responce was immediate, problem fixed. We've never had a problem with the roof itself. It was expensive but the look, performance and quality are worth it. I would highly recommend Bob and Redmond Roofing and plan to use them again to reroof a barn on our property.

As per quoted, in a very professional manner, and in a timely basis as stated in quote. Company representative always professional and always available to communicate with. Highly recommend because this is the 5th or sixth time I have used them and the service remains excellent. My understanding is that they do little advertising other than "word of mouth"

It went perfect. They showed up when promised, finished when promised, and the job they did really looks great. Bob, the owner, also made a color recommendation to give me the best old shingle look with asphalt shingles and his recommendation was spot on. The best thing about Redmond Roofing, unlike everyone else who had roofing services in my neighborhood, there was no sign posted in my yard advertising their services, and it was never brought up.

Redmond Roofing came to work very well prepared. The job went very smoothly and professionally from start to finish. The workers were polite and courteous. They showed up when they said they would and worked very diligently until the work was completed. The job was completed in a very timely manner. Clean up was done very efficiently. We've had numerous, complimentary comments about our new roof. We highly recommend Redmond Roofing.

I liked everything about their service. They were efficient and did a good job. They got back to me on everything.

We purchased a new house in March 2008 and replaced the roof right away. They were very quick to get an accurate quote to us and matched a price from another vendor that was just a little lower. They did the work on the designated days. Looked great. However, after they left I noticed a snapped beam under the roof where it overhangs the front of the house. They came right back and fixed it, no problem. Very easy to work with, did exactly the job they said they would. Wish every job went that well!

Bob Hernacki, the owner is easy to deal with and is a man of his word. We got 3 bids, 2 from Angie's List. Bob and Redmond Roofing were willing to take on our project complete with some extra issues that we had (gutters and new fascia boards prepared by me). The work crew was prompt and very hard-working. We experienced a delay with delivery from the manufacturer, but Bob kept us informed of the status and even forwarded e-mails from the manufacterer. When the materials did arrive, the crew showed up and worked extra hours to meet the final deadline. As in any project of this magnitude, we had a couple small issues which Bob immediately took care of, even when we were gone. They finished the final item on the Fourth of July. Fine service by any standard. We would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends.

Bob and Chris were very helpful and willing to take a look at my problem, even though in the end I needed someone else to do the work.
