Description of Work: I chose three roofers from Angie's, based on their reviews, to give me a price to roof my home. Redmond Roofing was one of the three and Dale was the one who gave me the estimate to do my roof. He was professional, thorough, his price was competitive but he was not low. Price was not the only factor however the other two roofers were also very professional and I'm confident that the low bidder will meet my expectations. I would have used Redmond Roofing had they been low, which by the way there was only a difference of $500 between the high and low bidders.

Description of Work: We had a problem during heavy rainstorms of water on one area of our roof running not into the gutter, as it should, but behind it. We weren't sure whether it was a roof problem or a gutter problem. When I called the company, they were very busy and couldn't come out during the time frame we needed them, but the sales manager, Dale, spent a considerable amount of time with me on the phone and also analyzed photos I e-mailed him to diagnose the problem. He said that a gap had developed between the gutter and the board behind it, and gave me instructions on how to screw the gutter to the board to close the gap. We did this, and it worked! I was very impressed that he would take the time to do so without any financial benefit to the company. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and if I needed more extensive work done on the roof, I would hire them in a minute!

Description of Work: Scope: Install new roof vents, replace existing bathroom roof vents, install metal strip to deter moss growth on roof peak. I had my roof replaced years ago, and we had the roof vents removed and replaced with a ridge vent which was not working. After the roof vents were put "back" in the roof was finally venting properly. Nice job, great people! Instead of a scribbled quote of service, I received a nice email!

Description of Work: Complete removal existing 3-layer roof (1400 sf), assisted in design/replacement of a section ( ~600 sf), install entire new roof, replaced existing plywood, installed facia boards and replaced overhang supports, new gutters (sub-contractor), clean up. Very pleased. House midst of cedar trees and soft maple. Discussed leaf problems on half flat roof (leaking) and came up with great new roof design for that section (construction by other). Roofing crew prompt, never an idle moment, efficient, looks great. Was leary about winter reroof, no problems (even had couple snow days). Thank you Redmond Roofing.

Description of Work: Came back from Thanksgiving to find a tree limb had shattered our skylight. Called Redmond roofing and came out within two days for estimate. Less than $300 hundred for a replacement skylight, install, haul away of old , and sweep up of glass left on roof. Less than 5 business days from start to finish for a $300 skylight. Very happy with the work done.

Description of Work: Estimate only. We talked with Dale Kaminski in regards with an overall project of roof and gutter replacements. He gave us a lot of information and recommendation on gutter/downspout sizes in conjunction with the amount of rain we get in our location. We did not select his bid strictly because of price. I would certainly consider this company for any future roof or gutter work.
