The sales agent was prompt involved and had a third eye of experience. That level of acuity that comes with experience, that doesn't need or want of explanation or tethered guidance. They were commiserate of my mildly outre schedule. The installer was prompt, targeted, equipped and uncomplicated.

Excellent! Great price, great work. I had 6 bids, and they were the lowest and with the thickest gauge aluminum gutters. Brenda came out for an estimate, a smart and attractive young Brazilian woman with a Mechanical Engineering degree. She even sold me on getting the leaf guard for all of the pine needles that fall on my roof, believe it or not, it even works! Good communication and followthrough. Even with the leaf guards, they were lower priced than most of the other bids. I definitely recommend.

I had a great experience working with everyone at Premier Roofing. The project involved removing existing 34-year-old fascia gutters and replacing with new fascia board plus 5k gutters. Fantastic necessary work that also improve aesthetics of multilevel roof line. Crew was skilled, professional, and friendly!

carlos, rick, and team were great. efficient, professional. i got 10 quotes for my roof replacement and premier seemed to be the most reasonable/most bang for the buck. make sure that when you're comparing quotes, you're comparing apples to apples. for example, some contractor will quote you 1 layer of shingle removal, while another will quote 2 layers. the difference in 1 layer of removal can be $2,500. also, quotes can vary widely -- the difference between highest and lowest on my roof was approx $16K! anywho, i liked the Premier quote the most, they came and did the work efficiently. i am going to go up on the roof this weekend to make sure everything is good. let's see how this roof holds up

They were able to completely replace our roof on a very tight timeline - faster than any other quote we received. Then we had our whole home inspected for selling it and the inspector said that they did a great job on the roof!

The bidding process was stress free and Rick gave me the best price right at the beginning. His bid was far below the other roofing companies and the finish product was great. they did a good job of cleaning up the site and made a repair on an exhaust fan that was affected by the work. No charge!

Excellent. My old gutter failed during the snow. They responded to my call immediately and had the gutter replaced within 3 days.

Carlos and team were an absolute delight to work with. They gave a firm estimate and stuck to it. The quality of work was fantastic and they pointed out and took care of defects that I did not even notice. Had a couple of minor hiccups with the material delivery which wasnâ  t at all their fault but caused some communication issues. However, they came through and did a great job once the material showed up. Highly recommended.

The service was good: came out on the weekend to cover roof which was leaking. The project for the roof took half a day. The gutters were replaced (new) shortly after the reroofing. Cleanup was thorough, even cleaned up residue from previous projects in the process. Vitor was responsive to our concerns and communications.

Very responsive and helpful ! Went above and beyond clearing a gutter full of water after another company clogged downspouts. Huge thanks Billy !! Hired them to repair another gutter damaged by tree and add extension to downspout . They were 1 of 4 companies that actually showed up to give me estimate. Thank you

The work they did was excellent. They completed the new roof in one day. They cleaned up beautifully when done. Their price was the lowest of any other bidders. Only issue was communication with the sales person. I had to text several times to get final bid and final receipt. But it all came through in the end and we were extremely pleased with the workers, the fast scheduling of the work and the price. Definitely recommend them.

They came to our house per the appointment and arrived on time to give us an estimate. The actual appointment to have the work done was a few days later and again arrived when they said they would. Communication between all parties involved was excellent. The job was done professionally and quick and. Cleaned everything up afterwards. We are very happy with our new gutters
