Our 1500 Sq. ft. roof had collected tree debris and moss for several years. Arnael came by on a Monday and gave us a reasonable estimate. He began the next morning and five hours later finished the job. He did an excellent job especially in cleaning up, it was a mess. You do need to think ahead, however, about how to get rid of the bags of debris that he cleans up as he doesn't take it with him. All-in-all I will definitely use his services again.
Description of Work: Power washed tree debris, moss, the gutters, seven skylights, installed anti-moss zinc strips and cleaned up.
