THEY LOST MY PHONE! I dropped my phone off for a screen and battery replacement. Was told it would take 1 week. 7 weeks later and I have not been updated. I have called multiple times within the last week now with the promise of "we'll locate that and call you right back". These people either lost or stole my phone. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS! All of my memories on my phone that I wanted to recover are gone now, GO ELSEWHERE AND BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS

I love this place. My family has used them many times to fix various problems. From battery replacements to camera fixes, they've never let us down. And so far they really have been able to repair our devices in an hour. They even threw in a free screen protector one time when we did several repairs at once. These guys really know what they're doing, they're affordable, and they're quick! I highly recommend One Hour Device Repair!

They had the part in stock and began the repair immediately since I live out of town. Another tech who was repairing another phone looked over and noticed the frame of my phone was bent as the tech helping me was holding my phone. The had a replacement frame available from a dead phone of the same model. They transferred my phone's internals to the replacement frame at no charge and only charged me for the replacement of my LCD. Professional, friendly, and customer service oriented staff.
