They arrived on time and were professional throughout. We ran into many bumps along the way but they handled each curve ball with ease. Highly recommend.

I hired the movers for a local move. During the move they damaged my walls at several places and there was a huge hole as almost 10 inches. Later also found that they had damaged couple of my things including a portable AC. After several back and forth calls they agreed to fix the walls but took couple of days more than they promised. They also promised to replace the damaged parts and things on the basis we agreed to do a full Payment. The moment we payed they made a u-turn and said they are ready to throw couple of bucks and cant replace. Pls be cautious before hiring this company. I will not recommend based on our experience.

They were efficient, very careful, professional, very friendly, worked very fast, running much of the time! They arrived with masks on, which is very important to the health of our family, and practiced safe distancing. We were very happy to arrange this move on a short deadline for a big upcoming project. We found out that the company has been extremely busy doing lots of moves, so we were relieved when they could accommodate our needs. We had a lot of very heavy items, and they were prepared with proper equipment and were physically fit. They listened to our concerns and met every expectation, even going beyond what we had expected. We will definitely hire the team when it is time to move everything back.

The worst moving experience of my life. On the Go put a massive gash on the wall of my brand new home, damaged a $10K table, and took no absolutely no responsibility. I hired On the Go to move a few large items that I would not be able to handle myself, namely a heavy wood table and an upright piano. When I booked the appointment, On the Go assured me that they had experience moving pianos, and I agreed to a $125 moving. On the day of the move, I knew something was wrong as soon as the crew got to work. It took three men 30 minutes to move the piano 10 feet. At that point, the foreman informed me that in fact, the crew that he had chosen for the move had no experience moving pianos (clearly they were trying to cut corners in order to maximize their upside). The foreman told me they were going to bring a new crew and offered to help me with what he promised would be a 30-minute transition. In fact, it took about an hour for the new crew to arrive. From what I could see, the new crew was just as much of a disaster as the first. They did not measure the piano before they moved it, so a job that had taken A1 Piano Movers 15 minutes took them 90 minutes. As they dragged the piano out of the apartment, they damaged a tile in our old apartment, which our old landlords are charging us 100 dollars to replace. Here the kicker: When they brought the piano into the living room, they lost control of it and allowed it to fall creating a massive gash in our brand new wall. They did a horrendous job of patching it up and offered to match the paint and repair it. They never followed through on that. At that point, I realized that they had put about a dozen scratches in our 10K dollar dining room table because they had neglected to wrap it before they set it down in their moving van. For this, they handed me a bill of $850. I called the company and told them that I would not pay this bill until I could speak with the owner. I could not imagine that anyone would ask to be paid for such poor service. I was wrong. A week later after hearing nothing from the owner, I received a call from a collection agency. Thanks to On The Go, I have a damaged table, a hole on my wall, a bill for 100 dollars from my old management company, and a bill for $850.

The guys had to move a heavy treadmill up two flights of stairs with corners and ceiling height restrictions and managed it like pros. Polite and ontime. Would use them again.

Jackson and Yasin did a great job moving my 87-year-old dad into his new apartment. They were hard-working, efficient, and had a great attitude. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for any other move in the future.

We hired On the Go for moving and storage in early August 2020 to move a 1500 sg ft townhouse. We had them move two tables, both of which they damaged and two benches, one of which they damaged. They did not return the damaged bench and repair the other items until mid September. The items will never look the same and they will never have the same value. When they moved our bed into our new home, they did not bother screwing in the slats, they just laid them on top and put the mattress on top of that. We knew something was wrong and had to move and assemble the bed ourselves. We only had them move two beds, the other bed they did not put together at all. During the move, it was clear why the items were damaged, the movers did not use straps or back support or any other professional moving equipment. We had them move two dressers, one they moved in and did not unwrap and left it. In addition to the damage, they lost the legs to one of our couches and the cover to some outdoor furniture. After all that, they were extremely difficult to communicate with- taking weeks to get back to us. In the end they gave us a check for the lost items that did not cover the replacement value, after they told me they were going to make an effort to replace them (they never did). I honestly did not think that a professional moving company could be this bad. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Many things were boxed helter-skelter making it difficult to find necessary items. Otherwise, very efficient, friendly and fast.

My son was ill and could not help me move a treadmill that I purchased on Offerup. On the Go Moving and Storage had a crew dispatched and on the way to complete the almost immediately after I reached out for a quote. The did a wonderful job!

Absolutely wonderful service! I would and will recommend this company to those I know. I live in a unit with 22 stairs, packed boxes far too heavy for my frame size to manage easily even with a friend. Two awesome, joyful, kind men hustled so hard and fast. I was honestly impressed along with shocked with how fast they got this task done. Roughly 40 boxes, 2 massive chairs, TV, bookshelf, 120lbs solid wood table, dresser, and a couple other miscellaneous items, were all moved down a huge flight of stairs in hot direct sun, all under 1.5 hours. I was so dang impressed and grateful. The two gentlemen were kind, funny and busted their butts all while laughing and cracking jokes. It was a great experience and Thank You for easily making time to do this task, especially since it was in less than 24 hours requested.

The first appeal was their website. It answered many questions I had and provided helpful tips. Second, Scott and the office group were polite helpful and responsive. The whole team was professional and really nice to work with. I had a non binding home estimate. It was thorough. The move was about a two mile distance with 3 story townhouse on each end. The day of the move it was raining hard. We knew the truck had to be parked a bit of a distance from the home due to a narrow hill. They arrived on time and worked were courteous and energetic. We color coded rooms and boxes to help with the unload. The bill was a bit over the span of the estimate. No one ever likes that, but it still seemed reasonable. I think perhaps a bigger truck might have kept the trip to one. The rain slowed things down, no doubt. We’re very pleased with the whole process and will hire them for the next move.

The estimate was provided by phone, not by coming to the property. They underestimated both the time for packing and the space for the load. Mid afternoon on moving day they got a second truck. On packing day they were short on wardrobe boxes and did not bring mirror packs despite my request when setting up the job. The guys worked hard and compensated, but I was unimpressed with their organization.

We were making a local move this past week - from a house we had been in for 19 years. I am sure you can imagine the complexity - 3,000 sq ft. Rene, Drew and Sam packed us on Tuesday and Rene, Tyler, Josh and Jeremy did the actual move the following day. AWESOME JOB! The guys were extremely hardworking, fast, competent and a complete delight to work with. On the move day, they put in a 12 hour day, got everything done carefully and efficiently. We had quotes from 6 of the top moving companies locally and On the Go had the best cost estimate by far of everyone we had bid. And they came in UNDER the bid price! We are going to be moving into our permanent house in 18 months. We will NEVER use any moving company other than On the Go Moving! Thank you guys! Your the best!

I received an estimate for moving a two bedroom apartment with furniture to a large single family home at a rate of $115/hr. for two movers and a truck. I was charged over $800 when the work plus driving should have cost a maximum of $600 for the time spent on the job. I wouldn't hire them again because I find this dishonest. When I called them to seek a refund of the over charge, they failed to return my calls.

Our movers were polite and nice.
