The techs at NuOZ helped us migrate from a shared server, providing two months of access free of charge while we tested the environment, then have supported our business with less than 50 hours of down time since we went online in April 2006. Despite their official "daytime" hours for support, they have responded off hours with fixes, special test environments, additional accounts, making it easy to focus on our actual work and not have to worry about server outages.
Description of Work: Dedicated LINUX server, with full system administrator support, trouble-shooting, upgrades.
