Design Associate showed up as scheduled and walked through home to review projects to bid on. Associate never followed up and never provided bid. When my husband called her she said it would cost about $30,000. He asked if she could itemize the items in the form of a bid. She seemed surprised by the request and said she would provide it. Two months later, called her again she claimed she emailed it. So, we gave her a different email address and asked for her to mail it as well. Never sent. Then, saw her at the home show and she was surprised we hadn't received it and remembered it was about $20,000. She promised to send it again. I emailed her so she would have our email and a week later still no response. It has been over four months and still no bid, no follow-up. She also seemed incredibly inexperienced when walking through our home. Why did Norsk send someone that doesn't know anything about remodeling?
