Description of Work: My 4 year oldGoodman furnace died, found out original installer had erred, now I'm stuck for a $300 part two days before Christmas. M&M called around, finally ordering the part from Portland. It took several days to get here over the holiday, but the day it arrived they came right out and warmed us up in time for the new year. I was thankful for their committment to cleaning up the other company's mess! Good explanation of what was wrong and what I can do to prevent recurrence.
