Very well. Crew showed up per schedule and were knowledgeable, respectful of our requirements and cleaned up after completion. We just had the yearly maintenance and have been very happy with the install.

Everything went smoothly. We are happy with the work they did. We also went through Costco.

These guys are pros! From sales to installation, I picked the right company. I received good advice from the representative I worked with Vince, he was knowledgeable and could answer all my questions. We set a date and time to start the installation, and the crew showed up as scheduled. They sent 3 installers first thing in the morning, and they immediately got to work removing the old furnace and installing the new. By mid-day, electrical needed to be completed, and 2 more showed up. They did a neat professional job from electrical through the installation of the HVAC hardware. I am truly impressed with this company. I am also pleased with the Carrier Infinity heat and cooling system I selected. It is quiet and keeps our entire house at the correct temperature. What I must say, from reading reviews prior to the purchase of this system, it is not the HVAC system you pick, it is the company and installer you choose that makes the difference.

Called in the morning on a Monday and got a technician to come in the afternoon. Error code indicated motor fault. The technician tested like 5-10 minutes then told me the circuit board was bad. I told him the circuit board was replaced last year. He said I could check with the company that replaced it see if it's still under warranty or I could buy and replace the board myself or ask him to do the work which could cost around five hundred bucks. I was charged $99 for the trip and $61 for the diagnostic plus tax - $176 in total for the service that day. The board was no longer under warranty so I ordered a new one for $75 and replaced it myself. The same error code showed up and the furnace had exactly the same symptom as before. Apparently the problem was not the circuit board. I called MM Comfort Systems again on Friday, explained what happened, and asked whether they could come and figure out the real problem. They could send someone for another diagnostic but would charge me again $99 trip fee and whatever diagnostic cost would incur even if they find out the previous diagnostic was indeed wrong and the problem was not with the circuit board. So far I had spent more than two hundred bucks and was still in the same situation as before. This company doesn't seem to have the courtesy for their customers and won't take responsibility for their service. I was really disappointed at their response and ended up calling another company. It turned out that a molex plug in the lower panel was disconnected and plugging it back in fixed the issue. The technician from MM Comfort Systems didn't even try to rule out other possibilities before making the conclusion that the circuit board was bad. In the other company's invoice, there's clear note explaining how they diagnosed the problem and what they did to fix it. What I got from the invoice of MM Comfort Systems was something like GEN-126515 - LOCATE SHORT/OPEN * LOW OR HIGH CIRCUIT LVL 1 which basically means nothing to me. The entire process was a waste of time and money. Though the technician was polite and nice, he failed to do his job right.

This company is superb. Technicians tried many things to fix it, but each one supplied more questions than answers. They replaced a few parts, but nothing seemed to solve it. For the time being, we were using our emergency heating system. They persevered. I believe they found the solution the last time they came out to fix it. I so appreciate their dedication to solving the problem. They did not charge us for the last few visits, which I also appreciate. Kudos to MM Comfort.

I called at 9 am and they sent a technician at 12:00. Jeff was friendly and knowledgable. He explained my options for repair or replacing the furnace and got the part ordered that day. I would definitely recommend.

The install was fantastic and the installers were professional and informative. The bid was lower than the other major companies I called in for bids, but the equipment is definitely comparable or better quality. The project ran into some problems that delayed it a bit - some having to do with the house, some having to do with the fact that MM Comfort was so busy and things didn't get delivered on time. Nothing too drastic. Over all, I would certainly call them again. It was delightful yesterday morning when it got down into the 40s and my heat clicked on by itself the first time and the whole house got warm in moments!

Very well done. Ran into a few issues and the busy season, but I am very happy with the end product. I especially appreciate the installers, they were always professional and took a few extra minutes here and there to make sure I got what I asked for. Top notch.

Everything went as planned. Everyone showed up on time and all work was accomplished in a timely manner. The whole crew were professional and did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the work they did as well as my new heating and cooling system.

They get an A all the way around. They're awesome. Excellent, excellent! There was just one person who completed the service for me, the same man that's been coming out the past few years. I would absolutely use them again. I think they're supposed to be coming on Monday.

They did a good job. The price was a little high. The quality was excellent.

First phone call after my inquiry was fast and professional. Other than that, lousy. Sales guy was late - traffic, which I completely understand. He gave me his pitch and took measurements and said I should be getting a quote the same night or the next day. Nothing after almost 2 weeks. He lost my business just by not getting back to me.

We needed our furnace replaced, and were learning about heat pumps. Martin came out on time, and talked with my wife, evaluated our situation, told her he was happy to answer any questions. This part was great. He came back with an over $10,000 estimate including some options we'd said we specifically didn't want (like an internet connected thermostat.) For that price, we wanted to really understand the pros and cons of the options, as efficiency and monthly cost were big factors. I sent an e-mail with follow-up questions, and then no response. We followed up a couple times, including calling the office who said they'd make sure to get back to us. Still nothing. Followed up through Costco, still nothing from MM Comfort. They may have written us off as "difficult" due to the follow up questions. Our e-mails were polite, the salesman had encouraged questions, and for the price of a decent new car I'm going to do my research. We went with another company that apparently wanted our business.

They are fine. They did a good job. They installed the furnace and come out and service it every year. Everything is hunky dory. They do both commercial and home. Every year, I have them come out and do a check up on furnace filter and etc. It is an annual inspections. It is a gas furnace. They seem to do a good job. They don't have any problems and what have you. I think their prices are probably comparable to others in this area. I don't think they are any cheaper or any more expensive than anyone else. So far, I furnace has not blown up on my so I guess they are doing pretty good. Their responsiveness is quite good. You call them up for an appointment and they are out within a week or so. I am not having emergency repairs done. I am just having the inspection every year, the check up and everything. So it is not a responsiveness as in time. They have been very accommodating. They told me when they would be here and they were here. They are professional, they seem to know what they are doing.

It was fine. They actually tried to solve the problem, and not just treat the symptoms as others have done in the past. I don't know. Its not like I get competing bids. I didn't feel I was cheated. It wasn't on any basic facts, just a feeling. I don't know, its only been a couple of weeks. We will see if it fails again. It seemed like they got it working. Its still working is the question. Not many people have air conditioning in Seattle, only ten percent. Its pretty rare. They were good on responsiveness.

We have received 2 quotes for our AC installation. The other company was a dealer for Bryant brand AC. Since our furnace is Lennox brand and we would like to have the same AC brand so we went through costco to get the AC installed. Costco has partnered with MM comfort system to provide the service and we pay more up front than get a 10% costco gift card back. The price before the gift card is more expensive than the other bid but cheaper after we count the costco gift card. The sales person, Vince, is really professional and respond promptly. He spent two hours to complete the quote. Even when I was asking all kinds of questions for costco's paperwork, he was answering them patiently. On the installation day, the crew showed up in time and finish the job in a day. They asked us to call the city to schedule both mechanical and electrical inspection for the AC. The mechanical part did not pass the inspection because the furnace was leaking. The crew was really nice to come back and fix the leaked hose connected to the furnace in a timely basis. Finally we passed the inspection and started to enjoy our new AC. The house is cool after 3-5 minutes and we are very happy with their service.

Really well. The installers, Steve and John, were creative when it came to solving some problems and took the time to do a good job. They also conferred with me along throughout the job to be sure what they were about to do was in line with my expectations.

I had a very good experience with them. The technician / the guys who installed it were very thorough. They knew their stuff. They came in and did their work. They worked hard, really hard. They finished it up. They had 3 days. They were done in 2 and a half. I think they did a really good job. They were innovative too.

It went fine. They were a bit hurried at the end of the day and sped through instructions on how to work the system, so after a couple of days (over the weekend) I called them back due to operating issues. They sent someone out, who spent a hour adjusting and instructing me. Best customer service I've ever had.

I wouldn’t call them super good, I would say moderate. It was around $250. The reason I use them is because they installed heating system, so presumably they are familiar with the system. Although I can’t say that is actually 100% correct, because they don’t seem to send out the same people every time.
