Description of Work: They installed a heat pump and air exchanger. It went exactly as promised. They knew what they were doing and had to meet strict installation codes with our homeowners association. I have also used them for over 15 years to maintain my old electric furnace. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Installed ductless heat pump. Installation looked great. But it turned out it was installed incorrectly and they had to come out a couple months later to put more fluid in the same. Then in the fall, the units would not work at the same time which they are supposed to do. From what I read on Consumer Reports, there seems to be a real problem with Lennox. The servicemen told me once they get it working, they are good, but issues. Also, when the service person came out the first time, he did not call back. At the end of the week I called daily and for two weeks before I got a commitment to come back out. Nice people. But several employees have told me they are understaffed.

Description of Work: First year furnace tune up after installation of a new Lenox gas Furnace, which has reduced our energy cost by one-third. This service would normally be about $140 plus a new filter. MM Comfort Service Tech's are very knowledgeable and professional about Furnaces.

Description of Work: They installed a heat pump for us. They did a good job with installation and were were here on-time. There was an issue with the venting and it didn’t pass inspection and they came back right away and fixed it. They were very responsive.

Description of Work: Submitted proposal way out of line based on implied wealth of customer, NOT on what a fair price would be. Gouging was way too obvious.Then tried to resubmit proposal for $2,000 less with the exclusion of the 10 year labor warranty AND with a downgraded model of heat pump.2nd proposal was more ridiculous than the first one. They lived up to all the one star ratings they have--especially the ones going through Costco.Very apparent they are trying to ride Costco's highly regarded coattails and gouge the customers at the same time.

Description of Work: I used them via Costco and found their rates ridiculous . I asked for two quotes but only received a quote on the more expensive furnace. When I dod get the other quote - which I had to ask for twice - it was an "off hand quote" which was quite different from what I was told verbally while they were at my house.

Description of Work: Mark talked me through restarting my HVAC/ furnace. He regularly services my HVAC and is knowledgeable, personable, fast and neat. Use MM at home and used to use them when I owned a building in Bellevue, Washington. Great service and reasonable prices and very prompt. It is nice to know I can call on them at ANY time, even weekends or at night. Great people. They will put you on an automatic seasonal check-up program so you don't have to remember when you last had work done. Easy!
