Cleaned up and gave thorough explanation of its operation. 7 months later it began to rattle. when notified they sent a technician out immediately fixed the issue and also did a complete check up of the system. Description of Work: A year ago, we bought a new furnace through Costco and MM Comfort was the provider. They were prompt and professional and I would recommend them for HVAC. There was a question about permitting and they did all the interacing with the city and state and cleared up a problem for us. Good job! In addition, the new Lennox furnace is much more efficient, very quiet and has smart controls that are accessible remotely. After a year, MM came back to give us a free checkup and replace the HEPA filter.

Description of Work: Salesman came out to give a quote on a new heat pump, salesman asked if I wanted the rebate from PUD that pud needs to come out first. I called PUD before any contractors came out and they said as long as you use one of our contractors on the pud list ,they can give you an estimate. I had two heat pump companies come out that work with pud and gave estimates, when M/M Comfort came they were unable to give estimate because PUD didn't come and do a heat loss test first.I called PUD back and they stated not necessary for us to come out and do a heat loss test, that's why the other two company's were able to give a estimate. The salesman for M/M Comfort did give a verbal estimate around $15,000. That's about $5000 more then the highest estimate

Description of Work: The air return duct in the garage that goes to the furnace, dropped from the ceiling, the service tech indicated that he was not equipped to repair the ducting, that would be another crew. He had been told to verify that I had reattached it properly. The company did not call back to follow up.

Description of Work: First technician Identified that our air conditioner compressor did not start due to a coolant link but did not find leak, He recommended using a dye pack to identify leak, which he did not have with him. The second technician found the leak immediately without the dye pack, repaired, recharged system. We have used MM Comfort Systems previously. They installed our furnace, electronic air cleaner and air conditioning. As with the above service call, we find that some of their technicians are more knowledgeable than others. They do ultimately solve the problem. We had a prior problem with our electronic air cleaner and it took several calls to solve the issue. In that case, they ended up reconfiguring the furnace return, and corrected the problem at no charge to us, although we had paid for three previous calls on the same issue.

Description of Work: MM comfort services works with Costco which I like. They came in at the best price. They showed up on time and were finished within four hours replacing my gas furnace with a Lennox. Furnace works great and I even get money back from Costco as the incentive which was nice.
