Several companies came to give an estimate to replace the furnace. Two of them said they could not replace it without rebuilding the duct work. The old furnace was actually cemented in and would have to be jack hammered out. Steven Vick was very positive and said it could be done and helped to expidite the process. The installation of the new furnace was very tricky using the existing duct work of the house built 35 years ago. Lamont and Qushawn were professional and knowledgeable and were able to figure out to install the furnace using the existing footprint. They were on time and called to let me know when they would arrive. They were very positive as they worked. Thank you for a warm house!

Scott, Matt, and James did a great job installing a Carrier furnace in our garage and also a Carrier A/C. They arrived on time and worked all day. Upon completion, Matt explained everything to us and answered our questions. We also appreciated the prompt communications from Hannah about the scheduling, permits, inspections, etc. We will continue to use MM Comfort in the future.

Drew & Jason did the professional install. These two worked hard getting the furnace up in the attic. They had to cut the access opening a little wider and they did a clean neat job and not tore up the access hole. I was afraid I would need to replace the whole ceiling but it was very minimal, just a touch up needed later. I had many questions about the system and they were very detailed with explaining it and how to operate the new system. I even asked Jason to take a look at my gas fireplace for an opinion. Also, Drew explained to me what a heat pump was and what is was needed and used for. To summarize a long story, the two (Drew & Jason) did an excellent job with their craft. I went through the COSTCO program and MM Comfort Systems made it happen. I am liking my iComfort E30, I can monitor the house comfort anywhere in the world, while I'm out Snowboarding or Surfing! 🏂❄️🏔🏄♂️🌊🏔 Mahalo and Thank You!

I have used MM Comfort Systems for several years for my furnace and cooling systems, and highly recommend them to friends, but this was my first time using their new plumbing service. My experience was just as good as with HVAC. Ryan arrived on time, carefully assessed the situation - a slow drip leak at the point where the underground water line from the street enters through my foundation wall. He gave me an overview of what he intended to do (the easier fix) and explained what he would need to do if that didn't work (the "big dig" fix). Thankfully the easier fix worked and he was able to stop the leak! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Between the trip charge and the work charge it was well worth it to get the problem fixed...and avoid the really big cost had that not worked.

We had an air conditioner installed by MM Comfort Systems, who also installed our furnace through the Costco Program. Matt and James were our service technicians. They worked 13 hours to complete the installation under extreme weather conditions reaching 94 degrees. When finished, they explained how the system functions to make sure we knew how to use it. We want to thank James, Bryan, Jenah, and Ryan for addressing some issue concerning schedule notification and availability of equipment. We are very appreciative for their efforts to resolve our issues and expediting our AC installation. System functions perfectly.

MM Comfort Systems installed a heat pump HVAC/air scrubber along with replacing an aging electrical panel and we couldn't be more pleased with the end result. They did not sub-contract out any of the work and made sure we were 100% satisfied with the final product. Tom & Jordan were very professional and they didn't mind me being curious and nerdy about "how things work". When drilling for the thermostat wire, the in-ceiling power line to the water heater was accidentally damaged (just bad luck) and when we realized the next day that we had no hot water, they sent out a team ASAP who quickly identified the cause and made it right. I would not hesitate to recommend MM Comfort Systems!

Our old furnace blew up and we needed a replacement. MM Comfort Systems was able to come out relatively quickly and get us a great quote for a furnace and/or heat pump combo. They were very knowledge about city code and other practical considerations, and provide itemized estimates which is not the norm but very much appreciated. Russell was really helpful and then the install team, Mikey & Lucas, were very professional and arrived on time and with the number of people required to do the job in a reasonable amount of time. Good job cleaning up as well. Overall, I wish I didn't have to replace the **** furnace but very glad we chose MM Comfort Systems to help us do it!

I had a 96.7% efficient gas furnace installed with an Air Scrubber and a surge suppressor. Joe & Ruslan showed up promptly. They put down a tarp to protect rugs and floors and did a great job installing the new furnace. They had the work permits ready and got right to work. MM Comfort was great about fitting me into their schedule quickly since my previous furnace had died. (They had a technician out to investigate the failure the day after I called. They had the new furnace installed 2 days after the technician was out.) I do want to note that the Carrier furnace installed is noisier than my previous furnace.

Kudos to M&M Comfort Systems. Our furnace failed and was replaced, along with a water heater, in four days (thanks Steven). The install was very professional (thanks Tyler & Ryan). We are very satisfied with te service we received!

Phenomenal. Matt and Randy were pleasant, professional, knowledgable, and even spent extra time teaching my wife how to control the thermostat and put a lock on it so I can't change it. Thanks a lot guys!

Tyler and Ryan showed up early and were super respectful of the house, and mindful of covid practices. Initial install design called for a basic filter because it was all that would fit, but when they actually did the work there was more room and they put in the much better filter without additional cost. They also rerouted the electric so there wasn't a ton of extra wire, and routed the drain so it was short, more secure, and with less elbows. All painless!

MM Comfort Systems provided excellent service installing an Electric Heater, HP and A/C, which replaced our oil furnace. Tristan came out to give us a bid on the work. He was thorough, knowledgeable and patient explaining what needed to be done, and answered all my questions. Many thanks to Joe and Ruslan for the excellent installation they completed expediently, which passed inspection with no problem. Justin did the work on our electric panel, even suggesting a clever short cut from the outside of our home to our indoor furnace room. He was in and out in no time at all. Joe and Ruslan were friendly, informative and very polite. They cleaned up everything, so that it was undetectable that any work had been done to our home. Communicating with their office was a breeze. Hannah was available to answer questions and provide assistance when needed. Great company, great employees, great job and reasonable cost. MM Comfort did a great job through the entire process including Sales, Install and Permits. Adam & Mark the installers did a great and clean installation. Would recommend these folks again.

What an awful experience, to say it kindly. I'm still a bit sick to my stomach about it. Pretty instantly after the install, I noticed that it took a really long time to heat up the house 6 degrees (4+ hours). I called MM Comfort Systems to express my concern a couple days later. In the following two months: -I had to continually call them, making me feel as though I was bugging them -3 separate times I called and left messages, no one returned my call -Their diagnosis after 2 months? They wanted to move my thermostat to the other side of the hall (while charging me $400) and telling me I need to get my attic re-insulated. -All of this was done while NO ONE even checked the furnace to see how it was running, and no one looked at the air duct system. Trusting their "expertise," I got my attic re-insulated, costing more money out of pocket. Come to find out, that wasn't what was wrong. The installers did 3 things wrong with the install, including not setting the furnace up to work in stage 2, as it was only running on stage 1 the whole first 2 months. To make sure this doesn't turn into a whole essay, this is how it ended: -I called Costco to help, as no one was helping me from MMCS. -MMCS finally started to take me seriously, at least a little -After an additional month of them checking out my house, they made the corrections to the furnace while running additional tests -Their final conclusion was that my air ducts are the problem, and they basically said good luck with that, while quoting me at $6600 for the job. But since they had been horrible this whole time, they offered me 20% off as a reward (adding insult to injury). I'm down over 15k in this adventure, my heating bills have been higher with this new furnace for 3 straight months compared to last years bills on the same cycles with my old, almost dead furnace, and I'm out of luck. They left me in the dust. I hope everyone has better luck than I did! I will NEVER recommend MMCS to anyone I talk to. This story only gives a portion of what else happened along the way, but I just don't have the time to type it all out. Casey

The removal and replacement were both quick. The technicians had to work in a small space and they made the most out of it with no issues. The new furnace was smaller than my original furnace (in size only - BTUs were the same) and some sheet metal work was involved to make a perfect fit.. The installers, Tyler and Ryan were great! They explained everything to me (work that was accomplished, what to expect, how/when to change the filter, etc.), ensured the thermostat was set up and working with the furnace and ensured the furnace was working as designed. The clean up was beautiful (they took all old parts with them and left no traces that a removal took place) and they left the area better than they found it. My original intent was to have the air ducts cleaned prior to (or at the same time) replacing the furnace, but air duct cleaning was booking a couple of months out and I didn't want to wait that long to replace the furnace. I plan to use MM Comfort Systems for the duct cleaning later this year.

MM are AWESOME!!!. We recently decided to add an AC through Costco. From the representative I spoke with at Costco (Christy), to the end with Ryan and Tyler being our installers, everyone was courteous, professional and very friendly. The company responded quickly and the appointment was scheduled right away. The sales representative, Bob H. was very nice and explained the process in easy to understand terms, helping us to make the right decision. The office staff (Desiree, Jenah and Hannah) were excellent in their communication and on-point with permitting, warranties and other documents. Everyone that came to our house was very respectful of the property. Ryan and Tyler worked around the existing features and after the install left everything spotless. They were great on the final walk-around and explained the equipment and features. A great example of businesses adapting to COVID- everyone always wore masks, distanced, and were very safe. Very pleased and would not hesitate to do business with, or recommend MM Comfort Systems.

The estimate process with Tristan was easy and he discussed all of my choices and answered my questions even through the installation stage. The mechanical installers, Mikel, Ina, Dan & Adam communicated well during the installation and worked hard to get the job done correctly. The electricians, Kelly, Sam B & Mike came out the following day to finish the install. They also did a great job in discussing with me options and ensured all the equipment functioned properly. I am pleased with the finished product and would definitely recommend MM Comfort Systems.
