Esteban and his one man crew were efficient, fast, Considerate for the short inconvenience we had. Turned water on as soon as they could. Cleaned up everything. Really fun to work with. So appreciated them. Will recommend Luxury Bath forever.

Don't work with Luxury Bath of Seattle!! Contacted Luxury Bath about remodeling two bathrooms at my property. Carlos Bezerra, Director of Operations, came to provide the bid. He diverted the work to his own company, Handy Buddy LLC, after indicating it was part of Luxury Bath. Corresponded with me via the entire project using his Luxury Bath e-mail. The project required significant rework and I had to finish a portion because he wouldn't fix some final items. 2 years later the work performed failed and I am now in the process of having it redone by a different contractor. Attempted to speak with Luxury Bath of Seattle owner, Raz Gunderman, numerous times. However, he has avoided all my attempts at communication. I have now had to obtain a lawyer to pursue a refund. Extremely dissatisfied.

They failed to show up for consultation appointment and didn't even call. I called them and their answering service gave them 2 messages to call me - still no call. I am going to hire someone else and will let everyone I know about their horrible customer service.

Raz the owner was very detailed about the information. He gave us a lot of choices. I want to say he was being very honest. Rodney the installer did an outstanding work. Willing to answer my inquiries during the job. He resolved what had to be resolved and didn't make any big deal. I asked him if there were any issues and he said, if there were any he just worked on it. I can't believe it was done in less than 9 hours.

Tub to a shower safe shower Carlos come with great plan to put custom bench . Also love the finish the ceiling panel and haw easy is this clean . Went very well. Involved removing a stub wall, drywall, paint, electrical, plumbing and flooring. Raz and crew were great to work with and job completed in one week.

Installer was a true Professional. Job site was clean at the end of the day during the install.

Installation and finished product was great. Quality craftsmanship and components provided a significant improvement in replacing our 22-year old bathroom.

It went very well. It was done ontime, the workmanship was very good and the mess that normally goes with a remodel never happened. They were so neat and clean. I liked their service so much that they are doing another bathroom for me!

Tavio and Hugo did a great job with the demo and install. They were very respectful of our needs, questions and concerns. We're very happy with the look and that everything was placed just as we wanted. 1st shower was very nice. Happy with the shower head set up we chose. Raz did good job helping us find all the components to make this the shower set we wanted.

It went well. It took 1 day approx. 11hrs. The shower looks beautiful. Tavio was experienced with a sense of humor.. I had a small issue and concern the following day after installation and Raz (owner) came over and took care of it that same day.

I called Luxury Bath of Seattle after reading their reviews on this side. Raz, a very nice and patient man, came and explained the options, took measurements, helped me choose the tiles and all the small features. The work included: * Remodeling master bathroom - replacing bathtub, putting new walls with tiles, replacing counter top with sinks, installing features and replacing wood baseboard. * Remodeling kids bathroom – replacing shower and shower head, installing shower door, replacing the linoleum floor and wood baseboard with tiles, installing cabinet, mirror and shelf above sink and replacing the sink. * Reflooring the guest bathroom – replacing the linoleum floor and wood baseboard with tiles The entire work took 10 days as Raz predicted. The team was very professional, very friendly and very attentive to my questions and requests. I would definitely recommend Raz and his team.

Luxury Bath of Seattle did a wonderful job on remodeling our bathroom! The people from Luxury who worked on our bathroom were always on time, professional and knowledgeable. We were told that the remodel would take 5 - 10 days and it was completed in 5 1/2 days! The workmanship was excellent and we highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a excellent bathroom remodel.

Would we do this again, and hire Raz? Absolutely!! Raz has the ability to really hear one's wishes and made insightful suggestions, which streamlined the project. It is a beautiful product, truly 'luxury' and is easy to maintain~ looking brand new. The installers (Tavio) were efficient and precise in their work and very respectful. In a demo one never knows what is an underlying condition and we encountered more work to repair, Raz was prompt to find a solution and generous in his remedy. We couldn't be happier in the daily use and outcome. The only thing we would do different, is to have made this choice the 1st time we met Raz...we would have enjoyed it for several years longer !

I could not have asked for a more pleasant, seamless experience after a disastrous event!! A couple of months ago, I hadn't even been contemplating a remodel of our guest bathroom; a friend who was helping me install a small shelf had accidentally drilled into a water pipe and plans instantly changed. After finding Luxury Bath on line, the company's owner, Raz Gunderman, came to my home and spent a couple of hours offering valuable advice and helping me decide exactly what to do. Beginning soon after this meeting, two of Raz's experienced and energetic workmen showed up EVERY SINGLE WEEK DAY of the three weeks it took to completely redo (and ADA) our bathroom, and even put in full days on two consecutive Saturdays to finish the work. Every question I had was addressed immediately by Raz, either in person or by phone. I was truly amazed at how reachable and unfailingly helpful he was. He and his crew kept every promise they made---and then some---and also offered wonderful design suggestions. The guys, Adrian and Jose, had a pleasant demeanor every morning when they arrived for work and both were extremely professional, polite and considerate. They left a spotless work site every single day and "went the extra mile" to make sure my husband, who has limited mobility and uses a scooter chair, was minimally inconvenienced throughout the process. I knew how they liked their coffee, and greeted them daily with fresh cups--I missed them last week when they had wrapped up the work!! During the process, they had even taken on a second task when they discovered and repaired a serious leak in the main water pipe (underneath our bathroom floor!) serving the entire condo building. This was an extensive remodel, so it may not be for everyone but if you desire (and can afford) custom work, please consider this post an enthusiastic and wholehearted recommendation for Luxury Bath of Seattle!!

The entire process was seamless. Everyone was very professional and respectful of our home, and our bathroom turned out beautiful! We are now on the books to get our master bathroom done too!

Fantastic is an understatement!! The outcome was just as we were shown and the finished product has exceeded our expectations. It is bright, stylish yet simple and was done to the unique dimensions of our previous shower. The shower installation was accomplished on time, on budget with quality. This job was the best renovation we have done in 37 years of home ownership. That is saying a lot and it is a fact. It started with the personal, initial visit by Raz to evaluate the project, to a clear to understand bid on materials and cost, onto a very conscientious install by their dedicated craftspeople and concluded in a joint, final inspection and operational training. When you take on a major project, you look for someone who you can trust, who is very competent and finally who cares as much about your home as you do. Well, i am here to testify that "in Raz, you can trust". When we noted a very minor item, he was eager to rectify it and did so without compromise or negotiation. The installer showed up on time and was courteous and efficient. The work place was cleaned up while he was here and before he left. Any concerns we had were immediately addressed by the owner.

Luxury Bath wanted their customers be happy from start to finish. We're pleased with Raz and his team. Recently they quickly fixed a stuck faucet cartridge after it has been used in about two years.
