Every one was very polite and business-like. Gilberto did the work - and an excellent job he did! The company should be VERY proud of him. I would highly recommend this Company, Especially Gilberto.

This job went very well and smoothly... Raz provided a detailed estimate and honored the hand-written promotion offered at the Women's Show. There was a stumble when the material I selected for the shower turned out to be on backorder - Luxury Bath needs to improve their communication with customers because I had to chase down the status of the material instead of LB notifying me when the shower wall material kept slipping. Having said that, when I decided to change material instead of continuing to wait, LB responded immediately and had my shower ready within a week. Installation of the shower was a breeze - it was a 2-day job and the installer arrived on time and left the bathroom clean both days. I was consulted on the location of the various options to make sure the shower arrangements would work for me. He also noticed the paint samples on the wall and recommended painting prior to sealing/chalking the shower for a cleaner look. I never would have thought of that detail! So the chalking waited until the countertop would be installed the following week. Installation of the countertop was a 1/2 day job but more difficult. The countertop crew took great care in demolition of the old tile countertop and installation of the solid-surface double-sink countertop. It was a very tight squeeze and they did it all without a dent or nick in the walls or doors. They also had to move my large mirror to accomodate the new backsplash - I was paranoid that it would break. But the crew not only moved the mirror in 1 piece they moved the anchors from drywall to studs to make it safer. Thanks for that - again something I never would have thought to check. I also didn't have to remind the countertop crew about sealing the shower - it got done and LB was right, it looks great! Overall I love my new bathroom and am very happy with the job Luxury Bath did.

They were easy to schedule and the main work was done by one employee. He was easy to deal with, and I felt like he did a beautiful job. I have a problem with a window that was installed for which I had provided the materials. After the window was installed I noticed a small crack in the glass. I called them and asked them about it. We both agreed that there was no crack in the glass prior to the installation. I think they should?ve taken care of that because I felt the installation would?ve actually caused that. I talked to them and they had not helped me out with that, and I was disappointed. Other than that everything was done beautifully. They had also done a bit of plumbing, and I am very happy with that too. It was overall a positive experience.

SO FAR WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT AND WORKMANSHIP OF THE INSTALLATION. THE INSTALLER WAS NICE TO DEAL WITH AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID A NICE JOB ON REMOVING THE OLD SHOWER, FIXTURES AND PLUMBING.

THE OVERALL FIT AND FINISH COMPLETED BY THE INSTALLERS WAS EXCELLENT. HOWEVER; SCHEDULING THE PROJECT AND WORKING WITH THE OFFICE PERSONAL WAS unsatisfactory. THE TIME FROM WHEN WE SIGNED THE CONTRACT TO DELIVERY WAS 5 MONTHS. 3 MONTHS LONGER THAN WAS PROMISED. THE ACTUAL INSTALLATION TOOK 2 DAYS WHICH WAS GREAT.
