I'm completely satisfied with the end result and the Demolition and installation of the new product was first rate, five stars for sure. My only regret is that I did not do this sooner so that I could enjoy my new shower for a longer period of time. The company's owner actually came out for the initial measurements and was tremendously helpful in suggesting a custom design and solution. He also followed up a few months after the installation with a sticky shower door, and fix that immediately as well. Very Hands-On, and I always appreciate great service switch this was.
Description of Work: Complete replacement of 37 year old modular shower bath combo. Replaced with a custom designed roomy and classy shower only. Both materials and workmanship were first class. It was a major upgrade And beautiful welcome addition to my home.

They worked closely with us to sugget what would work in our space and were always available. Only glitch was a misunderstanding on my part about the shower door to be installed after the shower was completed, and without any questions, the owners explained options and changed to a different door.

We had been planning on completely remodeling our master bathroom for a few years. We reached out to a number of companies, including "Luxury Bath Of Seattle", around March 2017. Each of the companies had representatives coming out to survey our bathroom, which is relatively large (around 25 feet x 20 feet including our walk-in closet). Raz of Luxury Bath of Seattle provided us with the most competitive quote and what we really appreciated was that the quote was clearly itemized to make it easier for us to decide exactly what we wanted and did not want (an example of such an item was the heated flooring that we ended up going with). Raz and his team stayed within budget and we were very happy with not only the price, but even more importantly with the end-result! Raz was very professional, walking us through the whole process, from the initial demolition to completion before the project started. His crew was also very friendly and competent and kept us updated on the progress of the project and notified us timely whenever there were complications (for example they ended up having to replace some bad pipes for us). The whole crew of Luxury Bath of Seattle was very professional and flexible; on at least a couple of occasions we ended up doing some small changes to the project: for example as we determined we wanted to add a bench to she shower. We also really appreciated the guidance of Raz and his team - in some cases they came up with suggestions on how to improve our design. This included minor things like adding an additional outlet for our Sonos speakers as well as more significant suggestions around placement and design of our tub filler. Raz and the team was also very patient - some of our suppliers were running behind on their deliverables and they were always able to accommodate us (for example the bathtub was almost 2 weeks late). They were meticulous in every detail (e.g. detecting a small hairline crack in our new toilet that we ended up having to replace). As the project wound up they made sure that we were happy with the end result and ended up coming back after completion of the project to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction and to perform some final touch-ups, such as applying sealant to our herring bone accents. Overall, we could not be happier with the work provided by Raz and "Luxury Bath of Seattle". It's an extremely professional team that will bend over backwards to ensure that you get exactly what you are looking for and at a competitive price at that!
Description of Work: It was time to update our 20 year old, dated and falling apart Master Bathroom.

Troy was the best, he arrived on time the first day, informed me on his next day arrival time and kept the whole area very clean. I'm very help with the finish job.The overall score I gave above is all basic on the price and the video presentation by Raz. Troy did a Excellent Job!
Description of Work: I had a shower to tub/shower combo conversion. When I had my in home visit with Raz he showed me a video about the product Luxury Bath offer different from other company, but the product that was installed was not the product stated in the video. I paid $2450 for a soaker tub( without the liner) and $2980 for the tub surrounding ( that was not one piece as stated) and $95 for a three shelf corner Caddy that I returned ( was not given a refund) My total bill with all the additional charges was $6416.70 (556.70 tax).

I'm in the process of remodeling my home and hired Luxury Bath of Seattle to remodel my bath and shower. It was built in 1980 and was basic, boring and very unappealing. Because I plan to eventually rent it out, I wanted to replace it with economical and low maintenance options while still having a bathroom that would give the feeling of being in a spa. That's exactly what I got once Raz & Esteban were done! I had already had several quotes and options presented to me by other companies by the time I called Luxury Bath of Seattle. It was almost 6pm when I called and Raz, the owner, answered, offering to come by that evening to give me a quote. I was impressed he'd come by so late and agreed. After observing the bathroom and hearing what I was hoping to achieve, Raz presented several options. By the time we were done, he had guided me to selecting the floor to ceiling Canyon Rock surrounds, Roman Block style with oil brushed bronze rain shower/hand-held combo faucets and finishes. Raz presented such a compelling cost with no interest payments that I selected his company that night. Through the process, Ella, in the office, ensured I had all the options and products I ordered, ready for the start-date a month away. Esteban arrived to install the shower and did an outstanding job! In fact, I made a last minute change that Esteban managed wonderfully. He stayed a few hours late that night to meet the schedule I requested since I had guests arriving from out of town that weekend. By the time the shower was completed, I was blown away! It's gorgeous! The pictures don't do it justice. It feels great to take a bath and a shower- just the feel I was hoping for with the remodel. The personal experience I received from Raz, Esteban and Ella was some of the best customer service I've experienced in many years. I appreciate the great attitude they exhibited throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Luxury Bath of Seattle if you're seeking to remodel your bathroom- they offer many options at the best price available in the city!!

Raz, the owner, is a fast-talking salesperson. We thought we would just get our old bathtub spruced up, but it was in bad shape. Raz talked us into getting a new tub and surround. The one thing I kept saying is 'I take a bath every night and I just want this tub replaced!' We both thought that Raz was coming back to see what had been done. What went wrong: -Installers were to show at 8am. Got a call at 7:50am that they had to go to Seattle and would be about 2 hours late. They showed up after noon. -The bathtub--it was totally different! It has a slope to it. This was NEVER discussed nor was it on the work-order, so we still thought we'd get a replacement for the type of tub we had. When I brought this to the 'office manager's' attention, she told me she was sorry I was disappointed, but that most people wanted a sloped bathtub. -There are marks on our relatively new driveway. Some material they were using. They tried to clean it up (in the dark) but it is very visible. They didn't know how to get rid of it. When I brought this to the office manager's attention, she ignored it. -The installers did not clean off the surround or the bathtub. Both had film on them when the installers left (we didn't notice till they were gone). -Three burn marks in our floor. Really? The installers reply was that it was good we were laying a new floor (what if we weren't?). -Marks were left on the walls and ceiling (from installing the tub we believe). Now we are repainting everything (not planned). -When the installers left, we noticed lots of places that still needed caulking. Luckily for us, they left caulk for us. They were in a real hurry to get out of there and did not caulk properly. We are still trying to fill in the places they missed. -Some kind of material was left on the wall and we are unable to get paint to stick to it. We are still working on this. The good: Our bathtub and surround look awesome. Although we feel the installers were rushing and could have done a cleaner job, they were very nice. Lastly, Raz never replied to any of my emails (office manager did) and has never called or come over to address our issues. I would NEVER use this company again. They do not deserve their A rating in my book. UPDATE 2/23/2017: They sent out another person who finished the caulking and cleaned up our driveway.
Description of Work: Replace existing bathtub and add new surround.

It turned out okay. There were a few things the workman did that I wasn't thrilled with. The end result was satisfactory. The part that irritated me was after they left, I found that though they carried most of their garbage out, there was a lot of it that they put down in the wall and underneath where the tub was. Under my house is a big pile of waste and garbage that they didn't haul out.
Description of Work: They came in and pulled out the tub. They put in a nice walk-in shower with a big glass door.

Raz and his team just finished a major gut and remodel of our master bathroom and we are completely satisfied with the results. We had them do ceramic tile flooring, quartz vanity counter-top, drop in bath tub with deck having quartz top, shower area with tub deck extending inside it as a bench, sliced pebbles shower floor with accent pebble wall, rain-shower and hand held shower, frameless (with mini clamps) shower doors, vanity lights, ceiling lights, and in-ceiling bluetooth speakers in our master bath. The major reason for remodel was to gain some space in shower area to have some sitting area and Raz and his team made sure that happened. Gabriel finished all of the plumbing, electrical, tub deck work while there were a couple more people involved for tiling and counter-top fabrication and installation. His crew worked hard every day and involved us in most of the decisions they had to make. I also stayed vigilant about the work happening to make sure there are no surprises in the end. It took about 3 weeks to finish most of the work (except for vanity lights as they were back ordered) and the results were excellent. I'm so glad that we now have a larger shower with nice bench and at the same time did not lose our bath tub! Overall Raz and his team, especially Gabriel, did a fantastic job! Lots of decisions throughout the process but now we have a bath that we always wanted. Thanks guys!

The shower is a nice unit and the worker was suburb. This is a very expensive unit and that is the only negative. We went in this direction because we di not care to risk problems with grout if we installed a tile shower.

Closed the deal for the work, waited a month for the work to start. Had heard nothing from them, so I called them the day before the start date and was told they did not know anything about my project, that the owner went on vacation and did not tell them. I told the lady that my wife and I made arraignments to have someone home on the dates the work was to be done on (a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.) She told me they don't work on Saturdays and he told me that they would be done on Saturday because the don't work on Sundays. 2 guys showed up ( 4 hrs late ) on Wednesday, 2 hrs late on Thursday and a hour late on Friday. On friday the owner showed up and was telling me they would have to come back next week to finish up the project He also wanted 1/2 of the money owing him (we did make a agreement with a hand shake to do this for materials). I told him he could have his money when he gave me the bathroom that worked and not untill. They showed up on Saturday when my wife was at home (I had to work) and blasted through what was left. It looks like little kids did the work, the walls behind the vanity were not ready for paint, the moulding they cut for around the doors don't meet in the corners and they pieced the moulding together instead of cutting one full piece. They said they would come back and fix it and we have been blown off for two weeks and still no finished bathroom. All in all this the most costly mistake that we have ever made. Please think twice about spending your hard earned money with this company.
Description of Work: Installed a bath tub, shower combo, a tile floor and a vanity. They hung a mirror and wired in a light ( in place of one that was there)

Unfortunately, the installer was trying to get the whole job done in one day and failed to completely caulk the bottom of the shower door. After the holiday, we discovered water on the bathroom floor outside the shower, and there was water on the floor after each time we used the shower. We stopped using the shower because it wasn't obvious where the water was coming from. I crawled under the house to see if the subfloor and/or insulation was wet, and found everything dry. Another installer came the next week and discovered the gap in the caulking. He repaired that and the water problem was fixed.
Description of Work: Luxury Bath installed a new custom shower, including base, walls, plumbing, and shower door. This work was done on November 25 and the morning of November 26. The installer was here for over 9 hours on the 25th, and finished the work the next morning.

At the end of September, when we received our estimate from Raz (the owner or manager) we told him we wanted the work done by Thanksgiving and he said that would be no problem so we signed the contract. As time went by with no contact from Luxury Bath we became concerned and contacted Raz. He had been busy and hadn't coordinated our work yet. We had to contact him or the office several times to get the job started. Fortunately, the installer (Tavio) was very good and made up some of the lost time but we still had to do our finishing work after Thanksgiving. Very disappointing. The "A" for Punctuality is for Tavio the installer. He was on time and worked very hard. Also, when we talked with Raz during the estimate, we decided to replace a wall cabinet with a wooden cabinet to match the new sink/vanity. Raz understood what we wanted but didn't write it down and subsequently forgot about it. After the work was done we asked about the wall cabinet and he provided a wooden cabinet which was nothing like the sink/vanity so we had them take it back.
Description of Work: Remodeled and updated small bathroom: replaced existing sink/vanity with slightly larger and taller vanity and sink; replaced toilet with ADA-height toilet; replaced vent fan with fan and light combination; replaced bath tub with larger shower unit with "rain" style showerhead, handheld showerhead and 5 spray jets, a corner seat, 2 grab bars, a corner caddy and sliding glass doors; replaced vinyl floor.

It is a first class stuff, everything they do is first class. They seem very much willing to work with you on problems and so forth. The products that they installed in remodeling our bath was just excellent. The installer arrived at the agreed time and began work. The installer was a pleasant young man and answered any questions that we had and also made some suggestions that we had not considered concering the installation. The job was completed on time and the installer cleaned up and left the work site neater than it was when he started. Shortly after the job was completed we decided that we should have had the shower curtin installed at little differently than was done (at the time of installation we did agree with the installer as to the location of the curtin). We called the company and shared our concerns and the manager said he would be more than happy to send someone out to make the change at no extra charge. We agreed on a date and time and once again the installer was on time and completed the job.

The process went great. After accepting the bid, the materials came in sooner than they expected, so we were able to get the upgrade done sooner. The whole work process took about 2 days. The technician laid down tarps from the front door, all the way to the back bathroom upstairs to protect the flooring. They worked fast around the plumbing work to minimize the unavailability of water. Probably in total only a couple hours that it was shut off. For prepping the walls after removing the tub they used our garage to keep out of the rain. Included cutting of sheetrock and new framing support. When all was said and done, they cleaned up all the demoltion items, the garage they used and swept up his mess. Cleaned up the bathroom from the demolition and dust. The shower looks awesome. We are thrilled with how it looks, and how it improved the bathroom overall. This bathroom will now be easier for people to use. The parents no longer have to climb over the tub to use the shower, and a much better use of space. Would definitely use them again. We are thinking of a bathtub liner for our other bathroom

We first viewed a Luxury Bath at the Monroe State Fair and we were pretty well hooked. Shiny and well laid out, it was a dream bath. We knew we wanted something like it for easy care giving but we weren't really sold until Raz (Luxury Bath Systems president) arrived and explained in detail what we could expect if we bought from Luxury Bath. We went all out...double security bars for grabbing hold, combination shower head...by this I mean it has two rain shower heads plus your able to slide one of the shower heads up high or down low for ease of rinsing...beautiful. I had originally ordered a corner seat as well but I decided to get a bench seat instead. Oh...the doors are dreamy and glide beautifully. I gave a B as far as pricing because it was expensive. But, we viewed many many systems online and frankly they all are! Raz was extremely fair in his overall pricing and we appreciate it very much. And we did order extra's! I cannot end my review without extending a huge "good job, your great" to Tavio. What a nice young man. He worked so hard for us and did an excellent job. He was so patient when we made changes and asked questions. AND...he cleaned up his mess! We have two more bathrooms to do! We hope to be able to use Luxury Bath of Seattle in the future...but they will have to wait awhile!!

The work was all done while we were away on vacation. The master was totally gutted and remodleled including, all new underlayment, walls, cabinets, framless 90 degree glass shower, 4x6 ft shower basin, new fixtures, lights, etc. They also converted a pocket door wall into a solid one. The guest bath replaced sink, cabinet, floor, lights, fixtures, built in linen closet, and shower door. Overall the work was done well. As to be expected on a job of this size, a few small problems were discovered when we used the bathrooms. Some of these were, the hot and cold were reversed in the combined shower handle, grouted cauking cracked in a few places, glass door seal was coming off etc. What impressed me the most is that the owner, Raz, was dedicated to making things right and making sure my wife and I were satisfied, actually happy with the results. As each week went by a few small problems would appear as we noticed some of the smaller details, Raz personally showed up to either take care of the problem or was there to direct his crew. No backtalk, no telling us we should live with the problem, just plain old great service. I expected small problems and indeed they occured. What I was truly impressed with was how much the owner cared about producing a quality finished product that we loved. We sold the house 5 months later. We recieved may compliments on the master bath from realator agents and stagers alike. We love our new house but actually miss the remodeled bathroom.

.I am pleased with the result. There were some glitches along the way. Our bathroom remodel began with a detailed review of what we wanted. We discussed at length the need for a bench in the shower. The owner forgot to write it on the order. I overlooked the ommission when I reviewed the order. My fault. The crew failed to show up one day out of 5. I lost a day of vacation waiting. The owner took that week to go on vacation. The crew did not always have accurate instructions as a result. One shower door was incorrectly installed. I fixed it myself. The plumbing under the sink leaked. I fixed that too. The drawers on the vanity struck the door molding in our small bathroom. The crew had added a spacer but the cabinet shifted a bit when the vanity top was installed. I fixed that too. We had one item added to the work order. The owner offered it at a reduced price. We were charged full price because the office did not get updated by the owner due to his vacation. We were promptly sent a refund. In conclusion, the process had flaws but the result is very good.

The extimate was a bit fuzzy, Raz reworked it a couple of times. We originally went with corner shelves and a corner seat, but later decided not to have them installed. they looked cheap to us. We did have a tall shampoo/soap insert put in that looks fine. The shower bar is installed higher than I wanted and the hot/cold is backward. It looks nice, you have to touch it to see that it is not "real" subway tile. Leno, the installer, was good to work with.
Description of Work: Demo of existing shower and surrounding wall including removal. Installation of "microban" surround walls in white subway format. Installation of "rain" shower head, adjustable hand held, and glass shower sliding doors.
