We met with several companies to try to come up with a plan for our master suite and bathroom remodel. We were not able to find someone that could take our thoughts and create a plan we liked. After meeting with Andrew we were very impressed. He was patient, listened intently and was able to help create the floor plan and was able to bring our vision to life. They provided a virtual rendering so we could actually see what it would look like. Vered, the interior designer, made choosing cabinetry, tile, tub and all detailed finishes easy and seem less. The team at Lux Design Builds addressed all structural and detailed items before the work began. Adrian the onsite lead contractor is very detailed and does meticulous work. They started on time, they were there every day. They were professional, respectful, the budget was right on. Once the job was completed we were actually happy it was done, but sorry to see the people leave...we kind of missed them. We can't give a higher recommendation for this company, their work and their people.

We were very impressed by the process in terms of quantity, price, and timeline - they really saved our goose. In the current Market Place, it's very hard to get quality tradespeople and ones that are not gouging you. We explained to Raz and Annie that we were moving out of state and had an urgent timeline to get our house on the market. Annie went out of her way to help and Raz burned a few favors expediting the material for the floors, bathrooms, and kitchen/pantry. Alex then took over and came and did the installation taking painstaking care of the project and going through all the small details with passion as thou it was his own house - I was inspired that there are still those people out there. To contextualize the project, I am a Fire Inspector for one of the local cities and I see very high-value homes on a daily basis -- the craftmanship was right up there with the very best. Once we staged the 1974 house, the insides looked in showroom condition, and we sold it just before the interest rates jumped !!

Renovated main floor of daylight rambler home. Removed walls to bring open sight lines to kitchen/dining/living room and modernized the fireplace. All doors were replaced to (French doors) and all windows to (double pane). Combined 2 small bathroms to create large master bathroom en-suite. Turned a bedroom into a primary bath w/linen cabinet storage. We interviewed several construction businesses and felt that Lux Design Builds was the best fit for what we wanted accomplished. They did not disappoint. Of course along the way, we incurred some kinks which is not unusual. It was not a problem for Raz or Vered to send a part of their team over to fix and amend unforetold problems after the fact. Lux Design Builds renovates with integrity. It has the best intentions for their clients to be satisfied with their work performed by all. We would like to thank all the staff; from Dorothea, Raz, Vered, Bassia, Dan, Andrey, his dad Sergei, Gil Vladimir. There were many more of the crew that we do wish to thank, but unfortunately their names have escaped our minds. Thank you so very much for the exceptional job well done!!

Not completely done, I am very happy with the quality of work. A little frustrated with the communication but since I made it known that I would like better communication they have been very good.
