Description of Work: Larry Haights was very responsive. They (successfully) made every effort to fit this roof repair early into their busy schedule. Even though the initial time estimate for the job was two to three weeks into the future, they performed the work within less than one week.

Description of Work: Replaced the whole roof and fixed insulation that previous installers did not do correctly. The quoted price was within the ballpark with 5 others that I solicited a bid from. Very professional. The site manager explained everything that needed to be done. They appear to be a first class operation. I would use them again--I hope that I don't have to since the roof should outlive me!

Description of Work: Did an estimate to replace 7 skylights. Bit pricey to do all at once so had the one that was clearly leaking fixed and will do others later. They were gracious about separating the bid into individual segments. Came when expected, were thorough, came back a few days later to check on things & finish off some interior trim. My son is a contractor and thought $1100 for one skylight was way too expensive, but it was done quickly & efficiently,and I don't have to worry about it anymore.They did good job.

Description of Work: Asked them for a quote for roof. They were punctual and professional. Also seems to know their job well. However their price was higher than competition (around 20%), even comparing to companies that offer same type of 25 year guarantee.

Description of Work: LARRY HAIGHT'S Residential Roofing CO did an excellent job. As far as the quotes go, we had 3-4 quotes, and although they were not the lowest, the difference is that they actually came out and walked the roof, viewed the entire project first hand so they could give us an accurate (exact) quote. The other roofing companies that we requested quotes from bid the job entirely on aerial views provided by on-line tools similar to Google Maps etc., which caused the bids to be lower, but gave them room for "unforeseen circumstances". This apparently is a common practice, but we liked knowing the exact price of the job prior to the commitment.

Description of Work: I was pleased with their people taking the time to analyze our problem and discuss with us in detail what the problem was. So many other companies didn't even want our business because it was just a repair job. I have recommended this company to others in our neighborhood, and would not hesitate to use them in the future when we're in the market for a new roof.

Description of Work: they came out and checked my roof and agreed that it needed to be replaced. They took a lot of pictures of the problem areas on the roof and days later I made a appointment with them in their Redmond office to go over my choices. They were great I was treated so well by them I fully intended to go with them until I got a lower bid from a family friend who needed the work so of course I took the lower bid hopefully I didn't make a mistake

Description of Work: Larry Haights Roofing estimator came to look at a skylight leak on 5/24/12. He found three things wrong with the skylight that would cause the leak, and fixed all three in a matter of minutes. He explained the minamum service charge exceeded the time that he had spent for repairs, and said there would be no charge. What a class act. I will definately refer friends to this company. They were prompt, polite and did a great job. No more leak.

Description of Work: I called this company because I felt I needed new gutters. Since I had this company replace my roof 10 years ago they were aware fo the type of gutters I had. The representative (George?) explained that it would be very expensive to replace gutters, but he could insert traps into each of my 7 downspouts at $75.00 each. I went with this option. I felt he could have encouraged a replacement of the gutter system for the $1000's of dollars it would cost, but offered this option instead. They will always be my roof/gutter company.

Description of Work: Randy from Larry Haight's came to the house before our meeting, did his measuring, picture-taking, etc., then spent a fair bit of time giving his assessment of our roof and what he thought needed. Even though his presentation took longer than it needed to be (we've put roofs of three other houses so have a fair sense of the ins and outs), he was complete and thorough. Haight's was not cheap, however. They were right in the middle of the five estimates we got, including two from big-box home improvement stores. Nonetheless, I would recommend getting as estimate from Haight's -- they really seem to know their stuff.

Description of Work: Larry Haight's Roofing sent Mike Apple on May 24th to look at my roof, and on the 27th George came back and we had a long discussion of my options. Interacting with this company was by far the most positive of all of my experiences in that long week of gathering estimates. I will definitely need to do something in the next few years about my roof, and when I need work done on my roof, I will definitely go with them. I really appreciated how he seemed to really respect and consider what I said about my tight finances, and gave me options to consider in light of that. He did not urge me to replace the roof immediately, as others had done. He said what seemed truthful to me, logically, that with multiple layers, what leakage there might be through the top layer would probably be moved down-slope and shed before getting into the house. He encouraged me to go up and look at the roof during a rainstorm and then IF there was evidence of water getting in, gave me options from attaching a blue tarp to patching to full replacement. I went up this week and the shiny areas I was shown in photos are tar; the boards are all dry, the smell is dry, and I believe that I can hold off on this roof work for now. He also told me all about how to check on people's licenses, and why it's useful to see if they have changed business names, etc.
