Description of Work: They gave me an estimate and it was the best for an IB roof for my 3 car carport. They impressed me with their customer service all the way through. They only replaced what was necessary and did a beautiful job. They also painted the facia boards (added as an extra). I had wire leaf traps put in and they seemed to be blocking the water flow. They came back at no charge to trouble shoot and removed the traps which fixed my problem. I would highly recommend them. And I would highly recommend an IB Product roof for a flat roof.

Description of Work: They were great. Very thorough, checked in with me every day. I got a 50 year roof, new gutters with screens, and replaced existing skylights with opening ones. Rated one of the top installers by the shingle manufacturer.

Description of Work: Orig. plan to replace aging roof shingles on log pitch roof. Discovered a few bad/soft plywood base sections in reviewing job to be done. Also was told about problems with drainage system of roof that was out of date due to standards at time house was last roofed (20 yrs ago). Suggestions made! - We were pleased with quickness with which they replied to our interest in an estimate, professionalism, and cost of job (although not least of 4 estimates). signed contract and made down payment back in March. | |Frustration with time before job was started - thought it was to be late May and ended up late June! (unsure of reason for delay) | |Finally after a few calls (scheduler was out of office or didn't get mssg; then she had to check with others about timing) ... Eventually given approx. date of June 22. We were told we'd be sent a list of things to do to prepare on Friday before job. Didn't receive info until we contacted them asking about the list - they finally e-mailed list on Sun. | |Dumpster delivered for onsite work on Mon. June 22. |Actual start date was June 23. Project manager reviewed with onsite leader and us about what was to happen - confirmed! Work started; found more problems with mold from poor ventilation of attic area. Changes made! All of the roof was removed!!! More plywood and additional vents and soffits, also replacement of 2 fascia boards ended up bumping cost up quite a bit, but we agreed it needed to be done! | |Our Project manager contacted city for neces. building permit, since the amount of work for project now required this. Also contacted them when done to have someone come out and OK the completed job! | |Work team did a good job; cleaned up after themselves; polite; stayed on task; put in over 8 hrs work each day for 2 days. Third day was half day of work to finish. Onsite leader always available for concerns. Project manager was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to; checked in 2 to 3 times each day on progress and to make sure job was being done properly; and answer any questions or concerns. Also made sure we had a card with numbers to reach him quickly if there were any problems. Was there at end of project to make sure things were done satisfactorily. Needed a couple things done which were overlooked - got them done immediately. Everything was cleaned up and removed by end of third day, including removal of dumpster. | |I did do a raking of yard near house to catch any metal (nails, shavings from new vents cut, and wood pieces they might have missed) Only found a few. Project manager returned the day after the project, 6/26, to make sure the city inspector had come out to OK the work. Gave us our copies. Checked again to make sure that we were happy with the work and hadn't found any other problems. | |... Our biggest problem now is clean up in garage - had it had drywall ceiling or fewer things that needed to be covered, it might have been easier (we have full garage). The crew had expected to come in and blow/sweep it clean for us! We just have too much and couldn't get it all covered. We accept this ... Part of their directions for preparation was to cover things we wanted to protect in areas where remnants might fall. When we started this process, we just didn't realize the job was going to end up with full roof being replaced, thus exposing all the contents of the garage, so hadn't covered everything in the garage! | |Basically, we were very pleased with Haight Roofing, the estimator, the project manager, and the team working on our job. We would be happy to recommend them to others. Not expecting to need them again since the roof should last past our life in the house ... otherwise would call on them again!

Description of Work: Tear-off and re-roofed house.

Description of Work: Looked at Skylight. Said my roof is too shallow, gave a number to call that may be able to replace the skylight but they are in North Carolina I am in Washington.

Description of Work: Replaced the roof and some of the fascia board on our residence.

Description of Work: They replace the roof and gutters on our rental house. They repaired areas where the previous installation had been below spec. The provided daily updates on the progress and cleaned up nicely when they were done.

Description of Work: They put on a new roof and ridge vent, and added some venting under the eaves. They also replaced some plywood that had rotted which they found when they removed the old roof, replaced all the downspouts and added a new one. It turned out to be a bigger job than we originally thought, but it turned out great. We've had our new roof for a few years now and we expect it to last many more.

Description of Work: The roofer came out and performed the repair to the crack in my roof for only $150, which was much less than the $800 that the insurance adjuster estimated. This was only two days after I called the roofer. I highly recommend this roofer.
