We liked him. He did a good job. He was fast. He seemed honest. We would use him again.

They have been good. I have already contacted them for another job. They are always prompt and very professional. They are helpful and do what they say they are going to do. I did not grade price since I did not get other bids.

They found the leaks, fixed other locations where work had not been done correctly by others, or had been damaged by the storm last year. Showed up on time, did a thorough job

The son came out and gave us an estimate. When the work was completed, they did not do what was requested. For example, they put in a solar tube light, and that leaked not long after. They did fix that. I wasn't 100% satisfied with the rest of the work and would not use them again.

We are senior citizens who have lived on Mercer Island for over 30 years. When we discovered that we needed a new roof on our house, we shuddered at the many stories we heard of shoddy work done on similar projects, ?rip-off schemes,? and over-pricing associated with living in our location. We immediately consulted our Angie?s List booklet and found a company that received very positive reviews from your clients. We called the company, Haight?s Residential Roofing, and were treated with great respect and empathy regarding the project. As the roofing got underway, my husband and I were struck by how hard everyone worked, from the project managers to the energetic roofers. And there were the inevitable surprises along the way, but each new challenge was dealt with in a positive manner and no extra charges were added to the bill...for which we were most grateful. There was good communication throughout, from the office schedulers to the polite workforce who climbed up the ladder and wielded the hammers each day. All this was happening while we were experiencing extremely hot weather. The areas were cleaned and organized each night before they left. Special recognition go to George, Chris, Pollo and David each of whom went the extra mile plus!. Needless to say, we are delighted with the results and will recommend this company to anyone who needs similar service. Thank you to the entire staff at Haight?s Residential Roofing. It was a pleasure doing business with all of you. And to Angie?s List, thanks for making our choice much easier.

I never found out what their price estimate was because they refused to provide it unless we submitted to an in-home sales pitch, which would have been highly inconvenient to us, an unwanted intrusion into our home and our time. The other highly rated Angie's List companies who came out provided estimates within hours or less than a day by .pdf file through e-mail, complete with pictures and detailed explanations of their recommendations. My grades and these comments are not meant at all to disparage a highly rated company, rather just a report that is more a reflection of our preferences of how we prefer to get quotes and make decisions. As a result of the company's refusal to provide a quote without an appointment to do a sales pitch, we were unable to consider them as a contender for our business. If I had been aware of that policy up front, I would not have wasted their time sending someone out. The company has every right to present quotes in the way it chooses--we just weren't the right kind of customers for the way they prefer to do business. We did end up re-roofing with another company, spending about $24,000.

They completed the work in a scheduled time that they set. The quality of workmanship and clean up was less than promised. They sold themselves as top quality, but my experience was much less. I would not use this company again nor could I recommend them to a friend. I think the quality of their work was much less than the quality they professed.

Thought I might need a new roof so called four roofing companies. At two (Oasis and Cornerstone) I left a message, but my calls were not returned. "A Better Roofing Company" sent Allen who said I did not need a new roof and that "A Better..." did not do roof repairs, in any event, but he took the trouble to climb a ladder and take a look at my dormer. He said that a repair could be done without much trouble and that I should get in touch with another roofing company. I called "Larry Haight's...." and was pleasantly surprised at the highly efficient and friendly response. They sent Mike Apple out and he looked at my dormer, but said he did not have paint the right color to finish the job, but that he would be back next morning to complete his assignment. He did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it. I was delighted. When he finished I showed him my collection of 15 old 19th century iron apple pealers.

It went well. They were great on the phone, came out promptly and were completely professional. Cleaned up well. One of their people explained to me why I should have the extra fasteners on my existing gutters and it made perfect sense. I would hire them again.

They are customer service oriented and did all the things they said, they were going to do. They finished the work on time.

Mike went up on the roof and looked at the situation we have. He could see that the previous roofer had done a cruddy job with a PVC liner but also noted we weren't having any leaks and didn't think we should spend the money to fix the roof as it would involve removing several feet of roof, replacing the membrane and putting the roof back. I appreciate that he didn't try to sell me on the solution I didn't really need even though I know so little about roofs I probably would have said yes.

They were very responsive after we called to show us their products and provide an estimate. It was one month after we signed the contract before they did the work. The workers who did the gutters and roof were very fast and skillful. There was a lot of carpentry work that needed to get done. While the staff and carpenters were very knowledgeable, our one complaint was that the carpenters got here later in the morning and seemed to take many breaks. They did very good work, though.

They were very professional in their work. My neighbors have given me compliments on the roof. They also got in and out within three days, which absolutely amazed my neighbors. Some of them have spent weeks redoing the roof.

Larry Haight's Residential Roofing did a really good job. The project took a little longer than they thought it would because we had to wait for the correct gutters. The gutters were not the exact gutters that we ordered and so they were very good about coming back to make it correct. They were very honest and I would use them again in the future.

They are very professional and quick. They did a thorough job. They were not very responsive.

They did a great job on a simple project. The gutters are working well and has been fixed for about 3 months. They did the job within an hour and im content with their work.

This job was perfect. The company and employees were responsive to all requests and explained problems clearly. They cleaned up at the end of the workday and went out of their way to be helpful to me. In fact, except for the noise inherent in roofing and carpentry, the entire process was trouble free.By the way, the roof looks better than I had expected. Thanks to the hard-working, professional staff!

I called a week in advance and they said they were coming on Tuesday and would call to schedule, I never heard from them so I called on Tuesday they said they would come Wednesday at 11, at 11:25 I got a call to say he would be late. He arrived at 11:40, I had to leave in 5 minutes, he quickly diagnosed the problem and said it could easily be repaired. I said I needed to pick up one of my children from school and if he could fix it but wait for me to return home. He fixed it and left, I was back home within 15 minutes, I saw him driving away. Since I was told that the job would cost 250.00 I assumed it would take more than 15 minutes and he would have the courtesy to at least wait for me or clean my gutters while he was there. I feel a bit ripped off, for 250.00 he could have at least stayed 30 minutes and checked out some other things on my roof for me. If you are going to charge that much in this economy you should do more than 10 minutes worth of work and at least have the courtesy to make sure you did what your customer wanted!

Although this was a very small job it turned out to be challenging. An estimator came to the house and gave me two proposals on how the guttering could be installed to prevent water from running from the roof over the solarium window, down the siding and pooling at the foundation of the house. I selected the option I preferred and sent a 50% deposit. When the employees came to install the gutter they found the proposed design wouldn't work due to a 'lip' attached to the window which would have prevented water running into the gutter. They said they would consult their manager and return. On their return visit the gutter was successfully installed.

It was very difficult roofing job. It was not your usual easy job and they had a rough time with it. I like the product that they used and it has performed very well. It took them a long time to get finished because of the difficulty of the job and finishing up some detail work. In general I am satisfied with the roof very satisfied. However I am not particularly really satisfied with the some finish carpentry to get the roof installed.

We haven't used their service yet, but I did speak with them a couple of times and they did come out and give us a quote. I was very pleased with it, and actually when it comes time to do it in a little bit we will probably choose them. I felt that the price that they quoted was pretty reasonable.

It went fine. He just came out for the estimate but since it was a pretty basic repair, he did it on the spot. I have no complaints.

He is now first on my list when I'm ready for a roofing bid just because of this favor.

The experience with this roofing company was excellent. The company called before they came and showed up right on time. The technicians were not here for very long, but they were professional and easy to work with. They were here for about four hours. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. I would recommend the company to anyone.

I was impressed with their office staff, the quality of work was good, there was a small problem and I feel that they handled it promptly and professionally and we were very pleased.
