Very good explanation of roofing types, why the product they install is certified, how to care for the roof once it is installed, how the roof is designed to stay the same temp as the outdoors, preventing sweating or condensation, etc. I was able to make a clear decision on which product to have installed and the work was done very well. All clean up from former roof was done perfectly. New roof and gutters look fabulous. it increased the value of our home substantially and will last 50 yrs if we care for it properly.

They did a great job, did the whole house in one day. Left the yard clean and in great shape.

They replaced the roof in our rental property and also our primary home. Excellent communication and service. A tool was dropped through the roof and came through our master bedroom. They apologized and fixed the damage promptly. Accidents do happen.

The roof replacement was completed with good quality and on time. The job site was cleaned up thoroughly, every night. The initial quote was accurate, all variable cost elements were disclosed and properly explained upfront. A minor issue was fixed very quickly without any red tape.

Called in June but told they will not be taking any gutter work until after September 2019. Gutter installation is not their main business. company should take themselves off of Angie's List in this category

The work done at that time was superb. They were not the cheapest bid for the job (by any means) but I can tell you they were worth every penny and more. They did not just slap on a new roof. Once the old roof was removed they were able to identify and fix issues that would have resulted in a shorter life for the new roof. Since that initial install we have had a couple of issues happen that I initially thought were related to the roof leaking. In both cases LHRR responded immediately and had someone come out to take a look that same afternoon. It turned out that neither leak was the fault of the roof. However, not only did they isolate where the problems were, they took charge of getting them resolved. In one case by getting a new chimney stack hood built and installed. And, in a situation that happened this last Friday afternoon we had a call from our tenant that the "roof over the hall closet had collapsed". That sounded very serious and I called LHRR. They had one of there project managers out there within an hour. I drove up to the house and within 30 minutes of arriving David from LHRR showed up as well. The roof was, in fact, intact - however the sheet rock ceiling in the closet had fallen down and was obviously very wet. After going up on the roof and seeing no obvious roof issues David, by putting is fingers into some of the vent holes, realized what the issue was. "Your vent stack from the furnace has come apart". This mean the furnace was venting into the attic. We quickly verified that was the issue. Rather than saying to me that this was not a roof issue David took it upon himself to get fix the problem. This included having another worker from his team come over and also calling a parts supplier to get a replace piece of the vent stack. The two of them cleaned up the fallen blow-in insulation in the closed and then from the underside (thru the closet ceiling) and someone on the roof made the necessary repairs to insure that the issue was not only fixed but fasten more securely with screws and straps to prevent this from every happening again. So a call from a frantic tenant at 1:30pm was completely resolved by 4:30pm (except for some upcoming sheet rock repair after we let things dry out). I had called the furnace vendor and others and got a simply - sorry it's Friday afternoon. We can have someone there on Tuesday. The response that I got from LHRR was above and beyond type of service response. And this is the 2nd time for me that they have responded this way. I want to make sure that I added this review to let people know the value of doing business with a reputable company that truly stands behind their work and even goes way beyond that. DO NOT be tempted to simply go with a low bidder. Unfortunately there are lots of shortcuts that can be taken in this type of work to make the job cheaper. LHRR does the right thing and should be commended and rewarded for that. While you cheaper roofing job might look OK on day one, will they truly be there for you in 5 years when something goes wrong. A profound thanks to LHRR for their continued great service over the years. You cannot go wrong with these guys. I would rate them A++++ if it were an option.

Sales, project manager, office staff, great communication during entire project (however crew on the roof was not fluent in English) Everyone was pleasant to work with and On time as promised, phone calls as promised, returned calls in timely fashion, VERY organized. Crew cleaned up pretty well every day and respected landscaping, Start of project to completion went as promised, dumpster did no damage to driveway, and they brought their own porta potty. Carpenter that removed the wood chimney chase did a poor job. When we voiced our concern with the job to PM, another carpenter was sent that did an excellent job. We also noticed that the corners of the new roof was missing the drip edge anywhere from 4 inches to 2 ft. This was corrected immediately when we sent pictures to PM however, we are not 'roofers' so we worry what didn't we catch. We feel like we got a 'patch' job on those corners and that we should not have had to 'check' on the workmanship.

The service is very excellent. They kept me informed. They gave me specific information for preparation. They were on time. They were able to complete it by just three days while they estimated four days. They did an excellent clean up. I was so impressed with the crew. The workers were very courteous and quiet. And I was just really impress with the quality of workmanship. It was a job well done. If possible I would like to give them an A+. The product that they use with the composition roof made us very happy, even my son was happy about the product. And their price is very very competitive.

The experience was phenomenal and the communication was excellent from beginning to end. The crew was professional and paid strict attention to detail; they obviously love their job and take pride in their work. Randy and Mike were very responsive, personable and professional. Worth the wait. They were able to start earlier than planned and finished quicker too. They made the process easy. They also added correct ventilation and fixed some broken rafters. Fair price after receiving multiple quotes.

They ended up running behind so it took much longer to start on our project than initially anticipated (mainly due to the hot summer that pushed back many other projects). Larry Haight was pretty good about keeping us informed about running behind and when we can expect our new start date to be. Once they started the work it was efficient and finished in two days and we felt they did a good job (although time will tell). They were attentive to what we wanted and installed a second bath vent with the proper covers (there was previously one with the wrong type of cover).

The workers are serious about doing a good job. It is obvious that they take pride in their work. The project was well planned, organized and executed, resulting in a very satisfactory outcome. There was some confusion early on with the sales person.

It went quite well. Considering all of the work they had to do, they were done quickly. They were very considerate of our comfort. They stopped work at 6:30 pm each full day so they could clean up and give us some peace. I would definitely hire them again.

Everyone we came into contact with were friendly and professional. They tried to accommodate our dates so as not to scare our dogs (Awesome!). As for pricing they were equal or under other bids we received. We decided to go with them because of the process. They sent someone to measure and look at the roof - then a few days later came with a real bid with what I felt was real information with concerns. Was contacted by project manager all along the way. Found one nail - which is amazing since they redid the entire roof! They did a great job!
