 + -1 moreThe hardest part was getting the initial response. There are not many contractors who specialize in this work, and it is worth the extra time to get a hold of them. The work was done quickly, and it takes time for this work to complete as they are forced to wait for the epoxy to cure and paint to dry. The beams look great and the price for the amount of damage and the cleanness of the finished product are well worth it,
Description of Work: Exposed roof beams were damaged due to neglect and weather exposure that the previous owner of the house had not prevented. Inwood restoration was able to removed the rotten wood, fill in with epoxy and then sand and paint the replaced material, leaving it in appearance as good as new.

Description of Work: The restored all of the roof beams on the house. It was more work than I realized and made the price seem like a deal. All of the beams looked like new when they were. The workers were passionate about what they did and more than willing to explain the process. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: We have a typical NW contemporary style home. 4 large beams that support our roof had holes from dryrot and birds. We responded to a flyer from this company. They were very quick with their inspection and estimate. Rich was most helpful and very courteous. We were very pleased with the work especially since 3 of the beams were 30 feet off the ground and some of the work was accomplished from the roof. Our only concern was some mud that was tracked onto the deck surface and the stain was dificult to remove (it had just rained the day before). However, we would definitely use them again and referred our neighbor who has a similar problem.
