The job was completed on schedule exactly as agreed in the contract by a pleasant, efficient, professional crew. The post job cleanup was very thorough. Ryan's personal follow up with us, including plant watering and care instructions, was extremely thorough. As a result, the plants are doing very well, in spite of the unusually hot weather we have been having. His company guarantees the pants for 5 years, and encourages clients to call for an onsite inspection if any plant shows signs of unusual stress or appears to be dying. All in all one of my most pleasant home improvement experiences. I would recommend Ryan to anyone seeking quality, fairly priced landscaping service.

Everything about the process with Green Spaces was top notch. From the first contact to the final walkthrough, all aspects of the project was handled in a very efficient and professional manner. It was hard for me to explain exactly what I wanted, but Ryan Sarvis was able to extract from that and come with an actual visual design of what I was thinking which came out outstanding. The guys came out and finished within a week and a half. Communication with Ryan Finn was always available and everything about the project was transparent with no surprises. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to everyone I know. You will not be disappointed with this company.

Ryan was on time for the initial visit and subsequent delivery of the plan, which consisted of computer generated photoshopped pictures of the house with suggested plantings for a front courtyard and an estimate in round numbers for what it would cost to implement the plan. Other companies provide this service as a free estimate, consultation and plan as i found out afterward when calling around and meeting with other landscape contractors. The plan wasn't what I had in mind, so all in all it was a disappointment but a good lesson learned. Ryan was very personable, though, and easy to deal with.

Ryan was here on time. Excellent level of professionalism, very knowledgeable and good suggestions. He paid really good attention to all our concerns and our goals for our space. We are still going over our options but if you want to get a good idea for a start of what you can do with your outdoor space this is a great consulting company.

Ryan Sarvis was wonderful! Took the time to get to know us, our style and what we really wanted in our yard (compared to other landscape designers we had met with who wanted to tell us what we wanted). Ryan also met with us on several occasions to choose materials and plants, or just to answer questions. Ryan and his crew worked quickly and efficiently and took the time to correct any issues we found fault with. We recently hosted an event in our backyard with family members and they could hardly believe the transformation. We can't wait to get home each night to spend time in our beautiful backyard! We definitely plan to use Ryan and Green Spaces Landscaping for our future projects (front yard next!).

They were very good and the communication was great. We just had a follow-up with them, and they're going to replace the one plant that didn't make it through, so we're pleased with them.

Ryan did end up canceling the first meeting the morning of, but he was prompt for our second meeting and a little late for the third (less than 15 mins). He seemed very knowledgable about the plants, and seemed to listen to my thoughts. He also presented a budget and we discussed what we may or may not due right now. Overall a really excellent experience. I will update once work has started.

We had requested bids from six other companies for this work, but for various reasons, weren't satisfied with their bids. We requested two more bids (including the one from Green Spaces Landscaping). We definitely selected the right landscaping contractor. We are very happy with the work they did and felt their price was very competitive. In fact we have requested a bid from them to add to our backyard landscaping. The lawn renovations they did were completed on schedule, the workers were great to have around and we could tell they were doing a quality job. Just watching them lay the sod we could see that they were very careful about laying it correctly. They also did a good job of cleanup when the project was finished. Ryan Sarvis always kept us informed about what would be happening and was on site each day to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions that we had. We highly recommend them; they are definitely a landscaping company that we will use in the future!

Green Spaces did a spectacular job. I wasn’t sure which company to use, so I asked a friend and she also had used Green Spaces in the past, and loved it. When I called I spoke with Ryan Sarvis and explained my situation, he had some great ideas and we got the ball rolling quickly after that. Everything about the whole experience was great; the job was done the right way from the beginning. Ryan was great; he met with me next day after the initial call, drew up a great design and got the design implemented quickly. I highly recommend Green Spaces.

I contracted with Johnson's Landscape in Maryland to replace my front steps and walkway with a stone paver ramp, steps, and a walkway, and also to re-do the landscaping across the front of my house in conjunction with the hardscape. Ryan Sarvis was the representative I worked with throughout the process. He is very knkowledgeable and worked with me to develop a plan that met our needs. Several changes were necessary in the hardscape plan, and Ryan was always responsive and pleasant. He was very conscientious in overseeing the work and doing follow up. I am very pleased with the outcome, and feel comfortable in recommending Ryan and his new business in Seattle, Green Spaces Landscaping.

We received 4 estimates for the work, including Ryan's. One was from someone I had worked with satisfactorily in the past. Ryan was chosen for a few reasons. He was responsive, timely, flexible and creative. You can tell he enjoys his work. The job was done on schedule and both the landscaping and paver work look terrific. We've had a colder than usual winter here in DC and everything has held up perfectly. No settling, cracks, or other problems.
