Kevin came out quickly to get us a quote for the work. Once we committed, the work was completed two weeks later which included the lead time for the custom glass which is crazy fast. The windows look great. We should have done it sooner.

Kevin is very responsive and provides the information we needed when making educated decision regarding glass. We needed to replace glass that had fogged up on a large garden window. Overall, seven panels were replaced and the unit now looks like new. Kevin explained exactly what was going on, if there was something that was not right, what was done to make it right, and how long it will take. You can tell that Glasscadia knows glass and they care about each project. In short, they take the time to review the work that was completed and ensure it is done right the first time. We for sure will use Glasscadia for our other glass projects and highly recommended.
