Spent about 30 minutes in store. Salesman asked us about functionality range we wanted, showed us a couple models that met our criteria, expanded on differences available in our price category. We selected appropriate units for our needs and budget. Units were delivered and installed the next day. Installer spent about 2 hours removing old and installing new. Did a very thorough job, making sure units were level and both machines functioned correctly. Great job. My wife no longer calls Monday laun-dreary day!

I spent around $1300. They were very good. They delivered the washing machine on time. I will use them again in the future.

Called and spoke with a great sales rep, his name is Will, who walked through various options on the phone. In the end, he also recommended that we have a repairman look at it to see if it could be fixed before paying thousands for a replacement. We were pursuing that option in parallel with assessing replacement costs, but it was so refreshing to have a sales rep be so honest about ALL the options we should consider. It is not often that you find ETHICAL sales people, so all I can say is when you go here, ask for Will. The fact that an establishment has employees like that reflects positively on the business. When we do need a major appliance, we will definitely be going back to Fredericks

All of my dealings with them were either on the phone or online. I found them on Angie's List and called them. They were very nice about describing to me the dimensions of the available dishwasher that I was interested in and the colors available. I went back to the buyers and we settled on the next one up which I then ordered and paid for with my credit card online. I also set up a delivery date, the person called me as requested when he was within the range of the house and I walked over there to guide him. He installed the dishwasher and took the old one out. Everything was very smooth and professional.

I liked their suggestions. I am happy with my purchases. The microwave has lots of features. I would use them again.

This last time, I called ahead to Deb, told her what I wanted and she greeted me with suggestions. The delivery went well too. They were on time and in and out pretty quickly.

It was a great experience from start to finish. The price was easily the lowest we could find and the service was very friendly. We dealt with Deb Lyon. She made everything easy from ordering to installation. She also helped us with the rebate money when we ran into trouble with KitchenAid.

Purchase was made because I am unable to use the washer/dryer installed in my new condo (I am in a wheelchair). Manager/owner took w/d installed in my condo as trade-in. I was very impressed with their compassion for my situation. Delivey and installatioin happened without a hitch. All in all can't say enough good. Have already recommended them to 2 of my new neighbors!

Installation crew arrived right on time, and started working. I was watching pretty much the whole time. They said it was the first time they installed this specific model of appliance, yet now, a week after the work was done, I can say that everything was installed correctly and works as expected, including electronic link between washer and dryer. They were careful while getting appliances assembled and hauling them through the door.

They had a really wonderful team that took her measurements and figured out what was best for the space. They had an excellent installation crew. Their prices beat all of their major competitors.

Excellent integration of services, from the time I walked in the door to the time the installer walked out of our home.

They were very helpful and made sure they showed me everything including scratches and dents, they didn't just take me to the most expensive thing in the store, Deb Lions was very knowledgeable. I was recommended to go to another place but they weren't very nice to us compared to this company. So they are very nice we were very happy with them and their prices. I had a stove that needed to be converted from natural gas to propane, I wasn't ready for it to be done because I hadn't bought the part, but they did it for free!! We bought EVERYTHING there. She knew everything we were talking about.

Works just fine. They installed it the next day and they even hauled away to old dryer.

We went there with an idea of what we wanted in a new dishwasher. The salesman was very easy going, showed us several options. He ultimately got us very interested in the new GE that had several of the bells and whistles we wanted. When we asked him about price, he said that he could give us the contractor price, which he did. They arrived to install exactly on time, the day after Thanksgiving. The dishwasher was installed quickly, no mess left behind. Love the dishwasher, even though it was more than we planned to spend, it really was what we wanted.

Met with Luke at Fredericks and purchased a new refer and convection microwave. A week later our washer quit working and we purchased a new washer dryer. Luke was very helpful and knowledgeable. He did a great job and gave us excellent deals on all four appliances. The delivery teams were excellent and made sure not to leave a mess.

Got immediate attention from Luke Colby upon my arrival at Frederick's. Told Luke what I needed in appliances and the level of functionality I wanted from each. I had checked appliances out with Consumer Report so I knew the brands I was looking for. Luke was very knowledgeable about each appliance and did not try to pressure me in any way to get a more expensive appliance. He saved me time and money with my range as I was going from an electric range to a gas and would have needed to have electrical work done which I had not realized......he suggested a duel-energy GE Profile range and I absolutely LOVE the product. Frederick's also had a sub-contractor who was able to install my gas line for the new range. All of their delivery personnel and installation personnel were EXCELLENT.....they were on time, took away old appliances and all packing materials.......Best decision I made was to go with Frederick's and I would do it again.

This is the third appliance purchase we have made from this store since summer of 2005. On the first two purchases, we shopped around at the usual big name stores, then decided to give this place a look. I'm glad we did, because we received the best price of all the places we looked, and they provided top notch service. On this, our third purchase, we bought a refrigerator. We looked at the prices at the two big Home Improvement stores in the area before going to Frederick's, and again found that Frederick's had great merchandise at great prices. When we went to the store, a sales man quickly answered our questions and gave us room to explore and consider our options. We then went home and did some more research on Consumer Reports before making the final selection. We were then able to complete the transaction over the phone. Delivery was on time and professional and available within days of ordering.

Sales, both in person and over the phone was detached and apparently disinterested. Delivery was delayed about one week due to weather, which I can't fault them for. The installation persons were competent, but less than cheery.

Outstanding service. Able to get advice and buy the model I wanted by phone and have it installed 2 days later. I would definitely buy an appliance from this company again.

We have purchased other appliances from Fredericks and have always been pleased with the experience. The sales people are very friendly and courteous, without being pushy. The delivery people are on time and have always been great. The crew that comes out to install are on-time, and very efficient. We would highly recommend them.

They took all packaging away and kept it neat. They have an amazing line of top line appliances. This was not my first purchase from them. I have never had a problem with any appliance I bought there or with any of their installation work.
