Bought new dishwasher on a Wednesday and scheduled delivery for the following Tuesday. (Could have had earlier delivery but I was not available) Did not receive a call on Monday to establish delivery wwindow, but when I called on Tuesday morning I was immediately given a 2-hour delivery window for later that day. The installer called twice to update his expected arrival time and actually arrived within the original time frame.The installer was very professional and extremely carefulof surrounding cabinetry. He used moving blankets and large teflon squares to protect cabinets and wfloor when removing the old appliance and inserting the new one. Very satisfied. Would recommend.

They delivered a new washer and dryer and they hooked it up to the water that was there. It was running a little bit out of the back and they told me to get a bucket. They told me to tighten up the connection and they had to go. I then had to call out a plumber to tighten the hose at an additional charge of $80.00. I would not recommend this company.

We purchased all new appliances for a kitchen remodel. Fredericks was very helpful as we made decisions about which appliances to purchase. Their prices were very competitive. Delivery and setup was on time and very professionally done.

Purchase went smoothly. Prices were competitive. Installation provided by Mike was outstanding. He went above and beyond to provide proper installation rather than just hooking up dishwasher to existing connection. Installation could not be completed on the scheduled day because additional parts and modifications were needed in order to ensure that the dishwasher would perform properly over the long term. Although it was a weekend and his day off, Mike returned promptly and got the job done right. I greatly appreciate his professionalism and problem solving!

We purchased a new refrigerator from Frederick's. Delivery was included in the purchase price, as was disposal of the old fridge. We keep an old fridge for overflow capacity in the garage. We asked them to move the fridge being replaced from the kitchen to the garage and take the older fridge from the garage away. Installation took 75 minutes including all tasks. Workers were punctual, clean, polite and easy to work with.

We purchased a dishwasher from Rob Brown. Then changed our mind on it. He was so gracious about it and Frederick's refunded the money and put no pressure on us to purchase another dishwasher from them. A few weeks later we found a Whirlpool we liked at another store. Called Rob to see if he could get it for us because we wanted to give the sale to him. He gave us a good price; we bought it there and all is well.

We did our research and decided on Speed Queen washer and dryer set. Contacted Frederick's Appliance and two other stores for prices. Luke Colby was very responsive and knowledgeable about the different models and which ones would suit our needs. When we met with him at the showroom, he took some time to show us the washer and dryer and answered all of our questions. The prices were not the lowest, but Luke went the extra mile with delivery fees and the Angie's list coupon. He did not try to sell us more expensive models or maintenance contracts. Delivery was completed the following week on time and with no problems. The team was friendly, efficient and informative.

Frederick's is the best appliance store I have ever used. Rob was absolutely the best person at helping us find the right appliances for our remodel. He carefully went over pros and cons of each of the appliances, show us how they were different and took the time to listen to what we needed. We did not feel pressured in any way to purchase more than we needed or purchase something that was even in the top end of out budget. Rob guided us to the right appliance right in the middle and left us to decide if upgrading was worth it. The store is very nicely laid out with many working demos which is very helpful. The website says, "Its not just business, it personal", based off our visit I believe them. We will be back when we need anything else and I have no hesitation recommending Fredericks to our friends.

The crew was punctual, professional and clean. They had to remove the old front loader washer from the basement and install a new high capacity top loader washer. They had to remove and replace the back door and did so without any marks on the door. Did a great job of showing us how our new washer works. Great job! .

I wanted to find a company that was local, that I could count on in the future. I spoke with James several times on the phone asking questions about different models that I was researching. He was always very helpful. Once we finally decided what we wanted, we came in and he gave us a great price and we were able to have it delivered the day we moved into our house. The delivery guys were great, making sure that they protected the walls and floors as they brough in the new appliances. When they found a piece was missing on my dryer, they made sure that someone came out the next morning to fix and I was in business! Very courteous and would highly recommend them again.

After discovering our old dishwasher would cost about the same to repair as buy new, we went to Frederick's Appliance Center. The salesperson was able to quickly help us make a decision about make and model. Although we were satisfied with the price quoted by Frederick's we decided to call around to compare prices. It turned out that several other stores were selling the same make and model for less money. Frederick's was willing to match the price, but it was annoying that they weren't offering that price to begin with. Ultimately we ended up buying the dishwasher from Frederick's because they were able to get it installed the next day (Sat.) rather than waiting until Mon. as we would have had to so with the competitors we spoke with. The person who installed the dishwasher was not an employee of Frederick's, but we were happy to have him do the installation because he was available the next day. He did an excellent, professional installation job and we have been happy with our new dishwasher.

I needed a specific model of a GE microwave so it would fit into a small opening. After calling around, Fredrick's had the best price. They had the microwave there in one day. Service was good.

We felt pressured to buy something far more expensive then we could afford.

We purchased a refrigerator from Frederick's to replace one that had stopped working. The sales representative was very knowledgable and provided us with information on available products within our desired price range. She gave us time to think about our options and provided contact information to call her back when we were ready to make a decision. She went above and beyond to assist us to meet our tight window for delivery and installation as well. The delivery team was stellar. They gave me time to clean the space where the old unit had been and helped make minor modifications to the counter edge to allow the new refrigerator to be installed. I plan to use Frederick's for any future appliance purchases. They were wonderful.

After searching every appliance store, big box store and scratch and dent center in the area, I was very aware that Frederick's outlet center had the absolute best deals on high quality appliances. The best part is, they will combine purchases from both their full showroom and the appliance center to put together a suite of appliances. Their product knowledge is unmatched, and the patience exhibited by my sales person was exceptional. We had a major structural change following our third "decision making" visit which changed the entire configuration of the kitchen. Our sales person was not only not flustered, he jumped in and helped us figure out the next steps.

It was a wonderful experience. Luky Colby is a wonderful salesman. He does not pressure you and sends emails for services you are actually looking for. I've done business with him twice and I would go back to him in the future. They were always on time and I have no complaints.

After a mouse destroyed our gas range by pulling insulation out, we needed a replacement. I visited Frederick's Appliance after reading great reviews on Angie's List and doing quite a lot of online research. I knew I wanted the same brand/style to match the other appliances, and an upgrade from one oven to two, if that was possible in the same space. I browsed the store at my own pace and was offered help as soon I looked for it. It was incredibly nice to not be hounded when I walked in the door. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and professional. We discussed the possibilities, decided on the model, and scheduled the installation very quickly, but I never felt rushed or pressured. The price they offered was better than any price I had found online for that model, and better than if I had used the coupon they provided on Angie's List, so a very nice surprise. Installation 3 days later went smoothly, too, though unfortunately the gas pipe placement that worked for the previous model didn't work for this one, even though they were the same brand and size. This meant the range worked, but it was sticking out 3 inches from the wall. This was not a pleasant surprise. I had to hire a heating company to move the gas line a few inches before the unit could be pushed against the wall. I'm not sure if this is something that could have been known in advance... it seems like floor footprint would be a known quantity for an appliance, so this is something for others to note if they're replacing a range.

They are super professional and you get the same guy each time so you get to know them. I've had the same installer come out several times.

When they delivered the platforms they were not the correct ones. They called the office and they were told that they would try to find us ones that could fit on a 6 year old set. But they could not find any so they refunded our money. They were a pleasure to work with and would do business with them again.

After comparison shopping with both the big retailers and local appliance stores, I purchased from Fredericks. They were very responsive and worked with me to determine what washer unit made the best sense for me. There was no high pressure sales approach which I appreciate. They were also very price competitive. I found the washer unit at a "big box" store on sale. When I contacted the Frederick's salesperson, he was able to meet the price. Also, I found the delivery/installation charges to be very favorable compared to other stores. I will definitely purchase from them again.

The price of the product and the customer service stood out to me. They actually talked to me as a female; I had to walk out of two other stores because I didn’t bring my husband with me and they wouldn’t give me the time of day.

The experience was okay. The sales person was good. The installers that came out the same day were not that good at all. I was not impressed. The fridge was too tall so the guy had to trim the bottom of the cabinet to make the fridge fit in. He used a jigsaw and the cut was not straight at all. I ended up having to remove that cabinet myself and having to sand it down straight and then put it back on. I just didn't feel like they were being careful with installing my new appliances. I know they didn't like me watching them. I didn't want my stainless steel appliance damaged. When he moved my refrigerator, he pulled it by the handle. He could have moved it carefully, but he didn't do that. He opened the door and held the handle. They could have been more professional. I didn't feel like they were. They should have done a better job on the cabinet. I probably would not buy from them again. Their price was not bad. It's not the same as everyone else. It was not like they were the cheapest. I could have probably got those somewhere else and for the same price. I think they were on time.

My experience with them was excellent and I would totally recommend them to anybody. I just liked the whole process. Their sales team was good and knowledgeable and there was no pressure. Their installation guy was good and from beginning to end it was a good experience.

Everything was good. It would be a minor exception. We bought a blower hood to go with the stove, and it was equipped with two lights; but it didn't come with light bulbs. It took them 2-3 weeks to get the light bulbs. They were very responsive. They were fair. Their price was competitive. They did what they said they were going to do, and when they were going to do with some installation as well as delivery. I will use them again.
