Description of Work: I bought a new Bosch dishwasher to replace one that was old and failed. They delivered and installed the new dishwasher and carted away the old one. The only downside was that their service person was going on vacation, so we had to wait to get the new one delivered and installed. But other than that, the sales person was knowledgeable and provided valuable advice. It is not my first time using Frederick's, and I would definitely recommend them for purchase. I don't think they do repairs, so my recommendation is for purchase only.

Description of Work: Fridge wasn't cooling. They diagnosed the problem and decided to replace the control board. Board was replaced. Problem solved.

Description of Work: The Salesperson was helpful in guiding us to the selection and arranging the delivery. The installer was VERY knowledgeable and experienced on getting the range to fit and that was a comfort. I ordered extra screens and disappointed on how they did not know on its status. Overall good service.

Description of Work: We have bought major appliances from Frederick's for more than 20 ears. Each time salesmen have been professional and helpful. Installers have been punctual, polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and cleaned up afterward. When we need a new appliance, they are the first place we look.

Description of Work: Delivered and installed a defective unit. Could have been detected before installation by simply plugging in unit. Would have to wait 3 weeks for replacement. Was told faulty units are common but they do not screen for them? Absurd process. Went elsewhere.

Good morning Member I am truly sorry that you had to deal with a product that did not function correctly. ( or at all) As a dealer of high quality new appliances , we have to assume that every product we sell in a sealed box is first class, ready to go. If we have a DOA, we are obligated to follow the protocol of the manufacturer when it comes to a warranty situation. I believe you weren't willing to accept a no charge warranty call, so you had us remove it, and demanded a full refund. We honored this request. I feel that you are scoring us poorly for a situation that was not caused by us, was out of our control, and the fact we tried everything we could to try to make it right for you, our valued customer.
