Keith came over to evaluate a job and give an estimate. I paid 50% down to get the work started. We traded a number of phone calls to get the job scheduled, with Keith being less responsive every time. Eventually stopped taking my calls. 50% down + Keith gone, I should have waited to pay until after the job was "done", though I doubt anything would have gotten done regardless.

Keith came to give me an estimate on May 5th. Everything went well and his price was very reasonable. I later texted to book an appointment with him to do the work. He said his first availability would be May 24th at 3pm. I agreed and booked the appointment. On May 18th, I texted him to confirm the appointment. No response. I called, he confirmed over the phone that it shouldn't be a problem and he would let me know the next day for sure. I never heard from him the next day. On May 24th, the appointment day, I texted him in the morning to remind him of our appointment in the afternoon and asked him to please let me know if he couldn't make it. No response. I called him around 1pm. He picked up the phone but then hang up without saying anything. I called again right away, he didn't answer, so I left him a voice message asking if he will do the job at 3pm. No response. He never showed up or called back. I waited for more than two weeks for the appointment. The work would have been done if I had gone with a different electrician. The way he handled this is so unprofessional.
Description of Work: Replace 3 circuit breakers, install a surface mount outlet box on the side of kitchen island. His price is labor only. I supply material.
