I got a bid for the job. I called the company and Shaun answered the phone. Before making a final decision I wanted to know how was the job going to be done; if it was low pressure washing, bushing, etc. Shaun does not like to be asked questions. He was curt, stated that they were professionals and knew what they were doing. In emails I asked about available dates and provided one two weeks in the future. During the phone conversation he let me know that the date indicated was long gone. I didn't feel comfortable using this business so I said that I was waiting for another quote. Shaun indicated that when someone asks for available dates is because the want to hire. Well Shaun, it is my money so I will ask as many questions as I feel necessary. I wonder how many jobs has lost due to his demeanor?
