They're all right. They're minimum price for the lowest speed is high and it jumps up very high on a linear scale.

I made my initial phone call to schedule the new service installation. I was called back within 24 hours by the dedicated rep who is contracted with my particular apartment complex. He made sure all the lines were dropped and taps connected to ensure proper install when the time came (it was very important for me to be installed ASAP because i work from home). When the time came, my installation was a breeze. My cable quality is crystal clear with no service interruptions since I've been connected. My internet is blazing fast at 50mpbs download and 11mpbs upload which is a lot more than I need. I love comcast's service.

I go into their store sometimes to pay my bill rather than paying on the internet.  The TV, internet, and phone services are great.  It is extended cable and it comes with special channels; it does not have HBO or Showtime, or any of those but it has got everything I want like the Hallmark channel and so forth.  The customer service is horrible; I have had some problems but I think we have got it resolved now.  It was not necessarily their fault, but I have just had some issues in the past with them where they gave me certain information on one phone call and on another call they would not.  I cannot really judge the whole company based on one customer service person I speak with.  So I cannot say that the company is bad; it is just the representative that I had to speak to.
