Chris came out in early October 2013 to clean our windows inside and out in our 2 story house. He was extremely polite and professional from the first phone call when we booked him all the way to the moment when he had finished his job and left. (He was brought up very well!). He came out to the house first to give me a quote and clearly listed out the costs of cleaning the windows, frames, and screens. On the day of the job, I was in a time crunch and he was intent on doing an excellent job and still making sure he would finish in time to accommodate my schedule. He did, and I was so pleased. After he left, I noticed that I should have asked him to clean one of the screens on my back door even thought I had opted to not have it done initially. I also noticed one window upstairs that he had missed from the outside. I called him to see if he would come back again and he enthusiastically agreed to the following day. He pointed out that he couldn't access the window on the outside since the roof had been wet, but was able to do it that day on his revisit. He also tried very hard to remove the glass from the screen on the back door to access the screen but it was complicated and he was genuinely concerned that removing it may cause more problems that were not worth it. He was so careful in the way he handled it and his effort in problem solving something that wasn't actually his problem showed me that he is truly professional and has great integrity. By the way, the price that he charged me in the end was the exact quote that he initially gave me. Also, he was MUCH more reasonably priced than the popular and much larger company that I had also received a quote from. I would recommend Chris to any and all as it doesn't get any better than this.
