Provided a written report and then came out a second time once the drywall was removed. His initial report was spot and and the peace of mind he provided was highly appreciated.

 + -1 moreCash went above and beyond the call in helping us with our decision to ultimately buy the property. His analysis included soil type review, area slide history, a review of erosion risk on the slope beneath the house, a thorough review of the foundation and crawl space to evaluate the construction quality and an inspection and recommendations for repairs related to the footings for the decks which are built out over the steep slope. Cash was easy to communicate with and worked with our tight timeline to get the inspection completed and reports written within the time frame required by our Purchase and Sale Agreement.
Description of Work: We hired Cash Carr Technical Services to help us evaluate the foundation and geologic risk of a house we were purchasing. The house is built on a very steep slope and we wanted to evaluate the stability.
