Description of Work: NW Granite and Marble replaced ~15 year old 4-inch ceramic tile-covered kitchen counter with quartz solid surface; performed demo and installation within 8 days. We are very pleased with end product. Overall a pleasant interaction with a professional contractor.

Description of Work: Made to personal visits to showroom. Actually spoke to owner on one of those visits. Estimates not presented when promised, messages not returned. Spoke to other staff who said they would look into it. No response. If they don't want to do the job, they just need to say so, instead of leading people on. Actually ended up with a good deal somewhere else and other people who were a lot more helpful.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job on my kitchen counters. I had a difficult installation with a large pattern in the stone and lots of square feet. They matched the desin and were able to make the Stone perfectly flush with the window which runs for 12 feet along the view side.. I did not think it could be done. but they said they could and they did. I just love my new kitchen and the were about $4,000 under a well advertised company. I really did my home work and I am very happy with the choice that I made in selecting Nortwest Granite.
