They were very efficient and knew their stuff. We received this recommendation from Angie's list and we were very pleased with their service. They even added new drip lines to some plants that were off the system, though we hadn't even requested it. It is that kind of attention to small things that will have us calling them again in the future if we need sprinkler work.

They worked tirelessly to find the source of the clogged sprinkler heads. Some of the clogs were persistent, and they needed to flush the lines several times to get rid of the rocks. They knew what they were doing, and got the job done quickly for a reasonable price. Would definitely use again.

The person from Aquasense came and did what was asked and put more appropriate sprinklers in a one or two locations. The only disappointment is when I initially contracted with them to improve my system which they did at a competitive price they did not tell me of the free rain sensor addition at the time of this initial visit. On the second visit I was told that it would have been free but I had to pay over a $100 when you include taxes. They did a professional job on both visits but they should have offered the free rain sensor on the first visit without me asking.

They showed up to perform the work and were courteous and knowledgeable. They were quick at the work and determining how to fix the hole in the pipe.

Great! They were on time, explained everything they were doing, and let me make some cost saving decisions. They were skilled, professional, polite, and fun to be around.

Overall, I hesitate to say I would use them again, because while they did evaluate our system and were professional, the price point for "labor" is just too high. They mail very detailed explanations of how their labor costs are calculated with the invoice, which is nice, but doesn't really change the high price. Since the bulk of the cost is labor, I would probably try to find another professional with more realistic costs for any ongoing needs. BUT, if price is not a main concern for you, we did appreciate their work.

I have interviewed 4 contractors before I finally decided to sign up to Angie?s list. I was getting hopeless in finding good irrigation contractor. Aquasense was a true find! They came on time, Listened. Performed the service WAY above my expectations! Price was very reasonable. I already had 2 zones in my existing system. They reconfigured and Improved the old system and now it works much better! Also they added 3 new watering zones. I am not standing and wasting 1 hour watering now! Mitchell- the installer, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The crew was working so hard for 3 days and way in late Friday. I have the best possible irrigation system now. Wish I find people like Aquasense more often.

After looking these guys up from the Angie's list, I called them up. They were quick to set up an appointment. The owner Brett came in on time for the appointment. He did a survey of the lawn and provided me some ballpark estimates. Later in the day he mailed me with a detailed estimate which matched well with the estimates he gave me earlier - no surprises. The detailed estimate was very useful to me in understanding what parts they were using and what prices they were charging. One thing - they did not break out the parts and labor costs. That would have been more useful for me. Brett was always responsive over email. That was a very good thing. These guys also set up the appointment with the King County or City authorities (not sure which one) to get the utility pipes marked out on the ground so that the workers would not damage any utility lines when digging. This was good as well. No extra charges for this work. The work was done pretty cleanly, not much impact on the lawn at all. They had brought in a machinery which pulled the pipe under the ground with minimum damage to the lawn. Happy about that as well. However, after they completed the work, then did not even test the system before they left. The reason was that Brett got a call from a school which could land them a big contract. Hence immediately after they set up my system, they rushed to the school without, what I would say, completing my job. I thought this was unprofessional - not honoring existing customers and chasing new leads. For a week I did not hear from them though they clearly had unfinished business at my lawn - the system was not tested as yet. Then I got a email asking me to transfer the remaining balance to an account number. Clearly I was p***** and mailed them back saying I was unhappy about the fact that they hadn't tested my sprinkler system and therefore I was not willing to paying them the remaining amount as yet. Brett replied saying that there was some confusion - he said the email did not imply that I'd have to pay up before the system was tested, the email was sent just so I "knew" what the outstanding balance was. Anyway ... Brett showed up again at the designated time to test out the system in my presence. We walked around and checked that things were working as one would expect. He did some minor adjustments (like changing head types - blue with black etc., correcting the rotation of heads etc.). He also showed me how to use the controller - it was helpful. Then I gave him a check for the remaining balance. Overall, I thought the price was good. The work quality and punctuality was good. Responsive from Brett was excellent - even when things were not perfect, he always responded to the emails courteously. But that testing bit left a not-so-good impression with me. I can understand that these small business guys would jump at opportunities of getting a big school irrigation project, hence one part of me does not want to ding their reviews because of that incident. But I thought this review was required so that they do not do this with the other customers. Overall, I did not see any deal-breakers when working with them. Hence I would recommend them.

They arrived 5 minutes early, took an overview of the system, explained in regular terms what they were going to do and commenced doing it. While they did their work they also explained how to work the system I had and how it was all set up. The work was done quickly. I could not be more pleased.

We are extremely pleased with the all the work done by Aquasense from every aspect. They respond to our requests very timely, they are always on time, or call to notify us if they get held up on another project scheduled in the day before us, the staff is very professional, work hard while they are on site and don't spend time doing personal cell phone calls while working for us. These guys are really outstanding. We have had two other sprinkler companies before Acquasense and the quality of work is night and day different. Best of all they are honest and do a very hard days work. (They dont waste time chit chatting with one another or being on the cell.) They are all business. We first hired Aquasense to help find a leak in our water system as we were informed by the City of a running meter. They worked very efficently to find the source of the leak and test to ensure we had covered all the bases. We were so impressed with the work that we hired them to do some repairs on the sprinker system as we were having problems with the TORO control panel and they were able to resolve those issues as well as ensuring the system operated as we needed it to perform as the season changed and temps increased. We also had them replace and add sprinklers as some of our garden had planting changes and needed adjustment. We also had them do the annual inspection and water flushing of our system. We didn't know at the time that they did landscape lights as well as sprinkers, but we needed a contractor to install the landscape lights on our driveway and I asked Grant if he knew anyone that could do landscape lighting. Fortunately for us, Grant responded that they did the lights as well and we had them complete the driveway project. They knew exactly what to do, worked extremely efficently and got the job done about 1 day faster than we anticipated. The lights are very well done. The icing on the cake when using Acquasense, is they clean up after themselves and bill honestly. Excellent Company.

They come here twice a year actually more in the past than now because they made everything up-to-speed. They send the right person out to make sure that it is on-task. My place is on a very strange property level, and they take good care of me. I think that they are very reasonable. My needs are more expensive than most because I do not have a normal sprinkler system. I do not have a yard with sprinkler. I have a big yard with old fashioned of-the-stream difficult things. It is a difficult property and happy with what she gets. They are authentic, clear, and direct.

They did specifically what I asked and didn't charge me for the service because what I'd called them out for had already been fixed, unbeknownst to me.

It went very well, I was very satisfied and I will use them again for backflow assembly check.

This is the second year I've used Aquasense. They were prompt, friendly and efficient. They filed the backflow inspection report with the city for me. It couldn't have been easier!

Technicians arrived on time, were polite and efficient. Our sprinkler system was winterized.

There was some initial confusion in scheduling service with Grant but once I talked directly with Mitchell, their leak detection and repair specialist, things went well. Mitchell arrived on time and confirmed the location of the leak (we had American Leak Detection come out the day before to locate the leak--that was not a good use of money). Since the location was under a corner of our driveway, Mitchell first dug downhill of the driveway to confirm the leak location. Once he was certain of the location he started to carefully break out the driveway. He didn't have the tools he needed to go through asphalt so he had to go back to the shop (he did not charge me for that time). Mitchell dug down, located the leak and repaired it. He tested the repair before recovering and discovered the brass fitting was cracked so he replaced it, retested and confirmed it was fixed before recovering. Mitchell was also really receptive to questions from me, my son, and the local water master. Once the leak repair was complete, I asked him to bid replacing the whole water line in case of future problems and he walked the property with me discussing different options and gave me an estimate.

I was really happy to be able to schedule this test with Aquasense on their website with no fuss. And the price was quoted right there. They took care of everything and I might not even have met the tester except that he wasn't able to find the irrigation box so he rang the doorbell to ask. He showed up on the day as scheduled and as far as I know filled out the forms and sent them to the city for me. I received an invoice along with a copy of the forms a few days later in the mail. The only tiny glitch was that he couldn't find the box despite the fact that I said where it was on the website application and it also mentioned it on the form from the city. If I hadn't have been home, it would have had to be rescheduled.

We had a big leak in our sprinkler system which was hard to find. The technician came earlier than scheduled. He systematically trid to find the leak but ended up using their sonar system to finally find the leak. He repaired the leak quickly and efficiently. I will use them again if I need our system serviced.

They were quick to resolve the problem and they did everything right. I don’t know how to compare them to others but I am happy with them.

Scheduling was easy. The guys arrived on time and were able to complete a backflow test and spring start-up service within an hour. They did a thorough check of the sprinkler heads and replaced a few that were worn. I have used a few different services over the years and found Aquasense to be competitive on price and above average on service.
